Good honest guys, they will go out of there way for there customers to make sure they give a good deal. I’m thankful for finding these guys. I’ll be buying more vehicles from them in the future

I had a wonderful experience here. Test drove a car. Ended up purchasing the car. My daughter picked it out for her 16th birthday. Also knowing it will go immediately to my mechanic. Just something I have alway done when purchasing a used vehicle and due to me being an over paranoid mother. Don’t understand the negative review I have seen . It’s the risk of buying a used car . The guy who sold it to us was so kind and nice to my daughter. I would definitely go back again .

BEWARE BEWARE consider this a warning. after 3rd day my 5k dollar car that i bought from them started falling apart. I had to spend alot of time and money fixing within the first week! Had to fix all rotars brake pads and 2 calibers then 2 tires were completley bald had to get alignment then couldnt even lift it to look under cause the frame on the sides were so rusted it was cracking off and now i have a gas smell that wont go away since i filled up only for the third time. And So theyll make you sign an AS IS form so u cant do nothing about. Recommend you dont do business here.

I bought a 2007 BMW 328xi and within the week not not knowing the car was unsafe and kept shutting off on the highway and and on the local streets. I have videos of the car turning off and then I would have to put it in park and turn it back on and safely drive it home. I brought it back and they told me that they would fix it fix the car and they will look at it and see what the problem was however when I came back they told me that they would sell me the car for $3,000 and I should go fix it myself and whatever is wrong with it so I decided that that was not a good idea that I wanted to trade the car in for something the more of value then then a broken car so I decided to go with the 2011 328i BMW then I decided to ask questions like when was the last time they changed the brakes a tune-up the history of the car and they cannot give me an answer so one of the gentleman Eddie decided to get up and go in the back lot and just was hiding for 2 hours while Tim was just sitting there talking to me about irrelevant stuff so I decided that I should leave and and figure out what's wrong with the car so I went and the first thing I brought it they looked at they said that I needed to get the oil housing filter change which was $600 and plus tax so then my brakes started giving away and the steering would pull to the right and also the car starts smoking and making a tick noise in the engine compartment area. I went and I asked for more info on the car they told me that the car needs an either new engine or a replacement of an engine with parts so I decided that I would put some money in it and that was the amount of $2,300 on top of $8,466 I paid for the car overall I would say that do not go to this place because the fact that I brought the car back multiple times and they were talking about how they went to the casino during that week and told me that they looked at the car but could not figure out what was wrong with the car. Quickly to call you for their monthly payments but will not tell you that history of the car and what's wrong with it as to being honest with what the customer. I've had the car less than a year I would say about seven and a half months. They will sell you anything and everything and then we'll tell you hey why aren't you be part of our insurance so you could pay them more money out of your pocket for their own interest. My overall experience at this place is not the best as I would describe and as many others that have left the review under business. Now I am stuck with a car that is half functional and sometimes works and sometimes doesn't and this car I bought is a daily driver that I use for work purposes only. Moral of the story please be careful as today will sell you a lemon and it will put your bank in the negatives as they did to me and I'm still trying to figure out how can I fix the car with the money that I don't I don't have left they will screw you over and smile on your face and leave you with a car that's non-functional. They are not a good place to go I would not recommend them. They will screw you over and take your money so be careful when you go here make sure that you have all the information that you need to know on basis to purchase a car least to say this business Sam's Group Auto sales will do anything to get the money from you for their own interest and their gains.

Terrible experience with this dealer. Purchased a used Buick suv. Within a week, we had it back to get fixed at the dealer 2x. Refused to switch out the vehicle. After having it for 2 months, the car is complete garbage and blew up. Now we’re stuck replacing the motor or scrapping the piece of garbage. A very disappointing experience and will NOT be recommending this to anyone. Sad that you would sell a newly married couple with 2 babies a dysfunctional vehicle.

Sam Group is a terrific place to buy a quality used car. I called Sabi about a Cadillac Deville listing of his I found on Craigslist Cleveland, and went and saw it that day. He was gracious enough to allow me to test drive it back to Mentor to have my mechanic give it a once-over, didn't even hesitate when I asked.
