The two gentlemen that helped me process a Prime return here were super friendly. Loved chatting with them. Excellent customer service and I hope they're rewarded as such. Will be making this my official local UPS store! :)

Horrendous customer service by a sullen young woman who greeted me with a grudging “what do you need”, no hello or may I help you and no thank you either. I said thank you and she didn’t even make eye contact. Extremely disappointed! Very very unprofessional.

I had do ship something and my printer at home didn’t work. So I had to print a shipping label, 1 piece of paper. UPS charged me $3.95 to print one piece of paper. Unbelievable! Shame on you!

We only come to this location as the staff is always so friendly, welcoming and helpful! The store is very clean. When we come even if team members are busy with other customers they always acknowledge our presence

This Manager Lacks Respect! I work with Rich Robert. He left a 1 star review weeks ago because management was unresponsive to his request to speak about his missing package that was in the care of this store. Then he receives a google review reply stating his complaints poses concerns the store and will be brought to management's attention and will receive a response; well... its been weeks and no response, so don't believe these fake google responses that are only trying to act as damage control. Shame on this store for treating their long time customers with no respect.

Terrible UPS store with astronomical fees and poor staffing. $3.95 to print a single sheet and wasn’t informed about the charge until after the sheet was printed. It also costs a couple bucks to use their tape. I would recommend going to Falls Pak & Ship where they will print and tape your parcel for you at no charge for all couriers!

Went to this store to notarize a document urgently...the employee responsible forgot his stamp at home. They asked me to come the next day lol. They never bothered to apologize...very professional lol never again
