I had open small business account and they closed the account without given reason and given me huge headache. I have big amount balance but they don't give me and it takes too long to interstage to finalize it. Branch business manager is not even talk and help

Been going here for 6 months and have never been treated this poorly. I am blown away at how unprofessional the supervisor Juanita is. She was belittling, contradicting her previous statements to me and unreasonable to have any sort of constructive conversation with.

We had an excellent experience at this Chase Bank and will definitely be returning to this location. We called with a question and received outstanding customer service. When we went through the drive-thru, we also had amazing customer service there. Everyone working here is super friendly, extremely helpful, and they work quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this Chase Bank!

The teller told me she did not feel comfortable giving me my money and told me to go to a different branch! Never been so humiliated in my life. I was the most calm and polite during the whole process. I cried when i got in my car. My account got compromised twice. I called Chase Fraud Department and they advised me that I could go into any Chase branch and get my funds out. I am closing on a condo and needed my funds immediately. I spent 2 hours at this branch. At first they told me I was unable to retrieve my funds. I called Chase again, and they told me they can talk to the Chase Branch Officer/Manager and walk them through the process. i thought we got the situation squared and then the TELLER refused to give me my cashier's check for my money. The Teller advised that she did not feel "comfortable" with me and the situation and told me to try a different branch. I had given them my ID and verbal password. Both are correct and accurate. I ended up going to another branch, and i did get my account liquidated. The branch advised that there was nothing wrong with my account or my proof of identity. the branch, at their discretion, did not want to give me my money.
