Why is gas pump handle green? Very confusing at a quick glance I thought that was diesel.

My first time with Waterway & I have to say it exceeded my expectations. My car was pretty dirty inside & It looks great now, like it was detailed! The inside windows were spotless. Definitely going back!

Paid for the full gusto $50 to only receive a Carwash worthy of a sloppy gas station. Very disappointed with the work performed inside the vehicle. I will never return nor would I tip that sort of work.

Zero dirty unvacuumed stars. There are three of these in the area. One has zero vacuums, one has vacuums that car owners can actually use (what a concept) and the one on the east side of town has vacuums but they don't think anyone can vacuum my car but them. What a joke. Not that, I've been thru three washes (company car) in less than 36 hours. Their car wash wasn't stout enough to remove three separate spot of bird crap. Spend your money elsewhere or do it yourself. As for me, I will be cancelling my corporate membership and going to a place that washes my car better and trusts me enough to use a damn vacuum. Good riddance Wayerway.

I usually don't write reviews, but Waterway in Pepper Pike did such a great job that I had to write one! I had never been there before. The inside of my car was covered in dog hair. They did an amazing job! My car looks brand new!! The people working there were so nice and friendly. I will definitely go back.

Waterway car wash is a godsend. They have great customer service skills, and a great product of washing and detailing cars.

I know everyone is short staffed but going here sucks the life out of your day. The employees wiping down your car operate at a snails pace and the two who did my car were sloppy, slow, and did a poor job. The guy with long hair could care less about doing his job. Shameful and will not return here.

I have been a member of waterways car wash for 2 years now. The service has gone down dramatically during the last year. I am a blue member. They are supposed to vacuum my car and many times it's just a partial vac. If you want your mats cleaned--it's an extra charge. They don't wipe down the interior dash, cup holders or doors. Other than the exterior wash, it doesn't look like it's even been to a car wash. I'm done!!!

I have cone to Waterway here and in Denver for over 20 years. I have had the same type SUV fir the entire time. Now they want to up charge fir "large cargo space "! " oh we have always done that". Not in 20 years of business. I will go elsewhere!! They don't clean well anymore like they used to either

I usually don't go to any car washes but since I was out of town I decided to go. I read the reviews as usual and decided to go. The reviews were mixed so I decided to come to the heights for service. The car that Waterway cleaned was definitely in need of some love. They did just an ok job. I don't know if they offer any detailing but the car looked better than when I drove it in. The plus side is that they give you a coupon that last for a week or so for you to come back to get another car wash free of charge. The only complaint was that whoever cleaned the car decided to keep the change that was in the cup holder and door way. I wasn't upset but when I saw it was missing and not put in another location I just assumed that was the tip. The ladies inside were nice and I had no real contact with the crew that actually cleaned the car. I will go back before my coupon expires.

BEWARE THE UNATTENDED CARS BLOCKING THE FRONT OF THE WASH EXIT!! Today the Jeep in front of us was left to go through the wash with no one inside. Guess what? When no one is in the car to drive it out of the wash, it sits there as the car behind is dragged towards it and then the unattended vehicle can even roll back towards the car approaching the end of the wash. They finally stopped the wash while someone finally walked in, put the unattended car in park, got out to grab towels and then finally moved the Jeep out of the way and the wash was restarted Thankfully, the driver of our car ignores the wash attendant for a time as they would otherwise pack us in like billiard balls to ensure that the Jeep would have rolled back and hit our car at the end of the wash. Of course the usual disregard for monthly wash customers applies...I guess at least that part is pretty consistent. Personally, when I am driving by myself, I avoid this location and happily drive to the one in University Heights.

Poor experience. I would not recommend this place. Allowed the young kid to talk me into paying more than I was expecting. Out the door, $26 for the wash and $4 tip...$30 for a car that isn't vacuumed well and outside of car is still dirty. Maybe if you pay more money you get a clean car? For $30, you will need to stop somewhere to get it washed on the way home. I am really amazed at what I pulled away with. Had I not spent 25 minutes already there, I would have stayed to speak with someone. Unless you can spend $50, I would not suggest this place.
