“Justin was great. Friendly & easy to deal with even though he was very busy handling several locations. Call center, though was not well informed about the particular location I was interested in. Would have been helpful if they had at least told me it was best to set up an appointment. They told me the hours were 9:30 to 4 & just showing up was fine. Justin handles 3 locations so impossible for him to always be at one site.”
“Great storage place! Both times I called the gentlemen were very nice. I had my email sent to me to reserve my space. It was very easy to do everything online. The code and my unit was emailed to me. When I arrived everything was set up and ready for me to use. This is my 2nd time using Life Storage and both times were great! Give it a try.”

“This was the best rental i ever had truck ran great it was clean easy to use nice long ramp to move with ware picked up they already had things checked an they were busy so this gentlemen was pressed for time when done took back to different location they were slammed but she was nice ,an friendly an was not in no hurry she said we have to do thing right she maid sure everything was like its suppose to be the truck only had 50,000 on it this was my 1st truck that ran on diesel fuel it seemed to get much better mileage i was very pleased with the whole penske experience ....i will be back...”

“We initially reserved a Penske truck through home depot the night before we needed it. When we arrived they did not have a truck there for us. We panicked since we had a big day of moving planned. We went to the Penske in Willowick to see if we could remedy the situation. I wish I caught his name but he was absolutely wonderful. He instantly found our reservation, gave us a discounted rate on mileage and had us on the road within 15 minutes with a crisis averted. We will absolutely use Penske again!”

“Kyle is a real one. He was able to work with me to get my patio set loaded in two runs as opposed to three, and he made sure everything was dry on a rainy day.
