Even at the end of the season they still had a great selection of trees, shrubs, and perennials. They had a European tricolor beech tree which I am not used to seeing anywhere and was thrilled to come across it here. If you're used to shopping at Big Box stores you might find them a bit pricey - but you're paying for quality and selection. They also have an impressive selection of seasonal decor and pottery. Can't wait to check them out again around the holidays!

Needed help, asked the male employee in the aqua blue shirt and dark hat. He said I don't know and just walked away. I am going to Petitti's.
I'm actually glad I did go to Petitti's, West Avenue. Much better service, the employees are nice and helpful, better selection, nicer plants, and better prices. I'll be going there for my future needs. Thank you for steering me in a different direction. There was a silver lining after all.
Regarding your reply. Why would you continue to employ someone like this? It just exemplifies how bad you folks are.

I've seen the place grow over the years when it first had a small house on a parcel of land outside of Hudson, Cuyahoga Falls area.. It is one of the most beautiful garden centers, if not Ohio surely north east Ohio. Healthy vibrate plants, yard ornamental pieces, garden porn for every green thumb. Price's surely to appeal to every home budget. Locally owned.
A stones throw across the valley and over the river.
Buy local

Purchased a shrub this spring that soon started to die. We planted according to instructions, but the leaves and branches continued to die. Straggly new growth started on top, but it is one ugly plant.
When we returned yesterday, we were told their stock looked worse than our photos as it was a bad year for this species. Really???
Anyway, it was clear no replacement or credit of $59.99 was going to be offered.
Really disappointed how this was handled. We have purchased trees and shrubs here before, but never again.
With all the good reviews, I wouldn’t be surprised if they disregard our experience or care less about this review. Will they ignore it or make excuses as I read in other problematic return experience reviews? Obviously no matter which, they are not going to make it right on a 90 day purchase that’s for sure.
Truly very disappointed.

Helpful staff, good selection of healthy plants, pottery, soil amendments, and cute accessories. They have a few more exotic hybrid plants and trees than conventional ones so if you're looking for something a little out of the ordinary, you may find it here.

Wow. What a beautiful place to get plants of all varieties and types. Fruit, vegetable, succulent, tropical, cactus, trees, shrubs. I have never seen so many types and kinds. And they have plenty of help around as well that are very knowledgeable. It’s become my new favorite place for plants

Very nice staff, wonderful selection of plants, my only complaint would be the prices were fairly steep so I could not afford everything I wanted!

Terrible attitude towards drivers, absolute disrespect, I haven’t seen such stupid people for a long time

I really wanted to like it especially since it seems to be a small business but everything is just so overpriced. Some of these plants grow native in this area and are priced at $35+. That's a no for me.

The staff were helpful as we navigated the challenge of finding the right tree for our patio. And when things didn’t go to plan, they were helpful and gracious with the solution.

I applied to a job and have the experience they wanted so why post a job on indeed when you just pass on people. Alot of employers these days can't read a resume because they are to damn lazy.
