“I have Di2 shifting, and it failed on a bike I didn't buy from Bike Authority. The front derailer unit failed and needed replaced. Bike Authority was able to get a warranty approval from Shimano and replace this part( which hey happened to have in stock) in a couple of hours. What could have been either really expensive or a really lengthy repair was turned around in hours! Jess and the mechanics did a great job, and I am extremely thankful. Take your bike here. You will not be disappointed.”

“I would definitely recommend this shop. Was going to go a different shop, kent cycles, but the service on the phone was horrible, dude was mean and said that the part would cost me 50 bucks. So I decided to come here instead, great workers, were quite nice and knowledgeable about the sprocket I needed to buy. Offered to order a new one or give me the used, but still really nice, sprocket I needed. Great service, recommended to everyone that owns a bike.”
