Steve diagnosed the problem on my car a few hours after i dropped it off. He called with accurate, fair, information about pricing and timeline. He fixed my tire rod and installed 2 new tires for less than what i expected, including all service fees. I was impressed with service- accurate, swift, very fair pricing, good communication and overall great customer service. I will return with future problems!
