All American Inspection and Owner, Bob Beverage, are the best you will find in the home inspection business. We have worked with Mr. Beverage a few times over the years and have always been impressed with his professionalism, knowledge base, thorough inspections and detailed reports. He consistently took his time with his inspections and creating reports, answering questions as they arose, and breaking down information so that we were fully informed. His reports also included pictures which really helped us when we were trying to quickly acquire estimates from contractors. Lastly, he is punctual, personable, makes you feel like family, and his rates are well worth the service he provides.

Bob was amazing and so thorough throughout the inspection of our potential "new" 1931 brick cape cod. We went into the inspection with some concerns considering the age of the home. Bob didn't leave a stone unturned and answered all of our questions without hesitation. It's safe to say we've found our go to home inspector for future deals.

I have been recommending Bob with All American Inspections for years. Why? He is very methodic and organized with his inspections. Not only is he much more thorough than other inspectors I have had experience with, but he also wastes no time. When reviewing the inspection report, he will take the time to SHOW the client issues of the house in real time, but in a very non-alarmist and matter-of-fact way. I could go on, but sum it all up the guy knows what he is doing, and picks up the phone when you need him. 10/10 would recommend.

I hired Bob Beverage from this company for my home inspection at the recommendation of my Realtor. 10/10 would recommend hiring Bob Beverage for your home inspection! As a first time home buyer and a young single woman, I really know nothing about technicalities of home stuff! He answered the phone on the first first ring and we had a convenient appointment scheduled within minutes. He was on time, professional, and thorough with his inspection. He explained everything to me kindly and in a way that made sense. His completed inspection report was complete and emailed to me within hours, which we will be using for negotiations with the sellers. He also mentioned having 3 daughters and I could tell he had my best interest at heart. Highly recommend

When purchasing my home in Avon Lake I went with All American Inspection based upon recommendations from co-workers at the large software company in Westlake that I work at. Bob was professional, thorough and importantly worked for me and not the realtors. He was able to provide a detailed report electronically that itemized all of the items within the home that either needed immediate attention or would in the future. I very much felt that this was a very accurate report of the house I was purchasing and not something that either realtor wanted to hear. Again Bob was working for me and not the realtors. I have several co-workers at the software company that have used All American and the results have all been the same. Professional and working for you and not the realtors. Well recommended.

All American Inspections has always provided my clients the highest quality of service. Home inspections are thorough yet respectful of time. Electronic copies of the report are detailed, contain pictures, and are delivered to the buyers promptly. Home inspections are a crucial part of the home buying process so working with professionals is important. I can't say enough good thinks about this company.

I have worked with All American for the last 4 years and their service is outstanding. They are very reliable and do what they say they are going to do. They do high quality work and finish their work on time. I have found their rates to be very fair and reasonable.
