I only put a one star because I had to. A few months back my ex Joe Mcclanahan put my things in storage here & didn't tell me until just recently after he refused to let me come to his house to get my things. I have contacted this place & they're telling me I have to pay $493 to get MY PROPERTY from this unit although I did not place it in here & my name is not on the renters lease. Very rude while speaking to the woman on the phone.
