Literally could not have been less helpful. I called to see if they carry the generic form of vyvanse and she wouldn’t tell me because it’s a controlled substance. I get not telling me what’s in stock, but you can’t tell me if Rite Aid even sells the generic version? I guess you’ve eliminated one pharmacy from my list of consideration. Cost matters but kindness matters just as much. Whomever was working the pharmacy on January 4 at 7:30pm was not kind and because of her, I will not shop at Rite Aid.

Love the pharmacy never had any issues except for Rose in the pharmacy. She is very rude and has a terrible attitude. Will be changing pharmacies!

I would recommend the store the staff is friendly and always so helpful & once in awhile can find some awesome deals.
The pharmacy on the other hand they hire some really rude people. Especially the woman that has short hair and glasses and I think she's a pharmacist!!! She comes of so cold and if you question her, she raises her voice and becomes a Karen and will try to belittle you.
I personally don't think they have the right to treat people with the disrespect they do and I will be filling a complaint with the board of pharmacy because how she likes too treat others. This isn't the first time she has been that way towards us and I've personally seen her treat other customers/patients the same way before.
