Was going here for years this year the price was significantly higher than last year and they didn't even tell us it went up. Then in February we found out we owed money for a penalty from 2019 ( taxes done at the paulding location). We paid it and said something to her she said ya they do that and just laughed it off. We paid it and didn't understand what it was for other then my husband got a different job that didn't pay his city taxes. Then June 5th 2022 we received another penalty letter for double the first one. ( paulding location did them) So I called the CCA to find out it was because the city taxes needed to be paid by the 10th or something or we get a penalty and they charge interest. I also found out our information for this year was not interred correctly.
