Hunter Myers was extremely helpful. There was a problem with the account and he was very persistent in getting it fixed. I would definitely recommend talking to him if you are having a problem with your phone/account, wanting a upgrade or just needing help with your phone.

Do yourself a favor - drive the extra 15 min to an actual Verizon retail store. This place upcharges (to the max allowed) on already outrageous MSRP and charges an additional $30 "Setup and Go" service fee. That amounts to pushing the power button and trying to make a phone call. Even after overpaying, I ended up leaving with an un-activated phone because a simple device switch was not processed correctly at the store (according to VZ support). And the constant barrage of upsells... wow. Needless to say, not going back.

Melissa was very knowledgeable, solved our issue incredibly quick and was an absolute pleasure to work with. I ordered a new iPhone on 5/29. It arrived at the store on 7/11 with the box empty. Over the next week I made multiple calls to Verizon customer service, as well as a DM over Twitter, trying to determine what the next steps needed to get a new phone. There were multiple reps saying they would "call me back" that never happened.I went to this store on the verge of leaving Verizon after being a customer for 20+ years. After so much stress and getting the runaround, my phone was in my hands two days later.Ethan and the manager, Melissa, were absolutely amazing. I went in feeling defeated by Verizon as a whole, and left with my new iPhone.I love my new phone and I would highly recommend this location.

I went to this store and upgraded 4 iPhones under $800 credit promotion. When my paperwork was done there were issues that I was told my occur due to system issues. So I went back to store and was working with manager Randy who had to escalate issues. Said should have something in few days so called back said escalation team would call me ? n specific day. No call. So multiple attempts to contact Randy amd he busy and left messages with other employees to call me back. None! So the other day called and employee named John answered said Randy off. Asked situation and explained (note had not given my name) told me oh they resolved all situations like mine yesterday askedhow could that be since he doesn’t have my name. Asked for district manager gave me name johnathon but would not give way contact him. Then got testy/grumpy said was busy would call me back in 10 min and hung up ? n me. Needless to say never got call. Contacted another store different franchise and my side was resolve within a hour! I had been dealling with this location for two weeks easy! This is the worst customer service I have experienced and I have been a Verizon customer 23 years! If I could give negative stars I would!
