Mail is always being put in my neighbor’s mail box! Important mail too my tax documents is dangerous!!!! I’ve complained multiple times to the manager here!!!

Thank you for Lindsey and this post office! After UPS delayed a package and turned it over to USPS, my package wasn’t going to be delivered on time to a little girl for her birthday. Devastated, I called this post office to see what could be done and Lindsey was SO incredibly kind. She personally went to look for the package and once she found it, she called the receiver to pick up. She didn’t have to go out of the way to do this especially during the busiest time of year but she did. I’m so grateful for her. She truly is someone making a difference and the epitome of what customer service should be.

If I could give zero stars I would. The lady at the front desk was very rude I didn’t get her name but it started with a J I believe. She looked mixed Or Spanish. It’s like she had an issue with my beauty or something it was weird. I came to get my passport and she was rude answer simple questions me and my sister had and was also eating chips in between and acting very ghetto.

These people seem to have a hard time doing their jobs. And if you submit an inquiry and check to be contacted by email, don't be surprised when they do the complete opposite.

Lived here for 3 years, this post office constantly delivers our stuff to the wrong houses in the neighborhood just because there's some similar street names and numbers. Then when I go into this post office in person 3 days ago to find the latest package they've lost they tell me they will look for it and call me which they never do. Then today I go in and they finally admit it probably got delivered to a different house because " there's just too many addresses like yours". Yet for some reason Amazon never has any issue at all getting the right packages to the right house's. Craziest thing about it is we got our mail on the same day this last package was supposed to be delivered like how does that even happen?!?

I found a pink slip in my mailbox yesterday saying ' we missed you when you were out ', i was actually at home ,and the carier did not even knock my door, and another issue is that the left counter African lady in this post office has serious attitude ?

I understand that it is Christmas time, and the post office is crazy right now. I work at a FedEx warehouse so I deal with processing them all, so I get it…. But I had a package that was not delivered and was left a redelivery slip. The slip claimed the item needed a signature, which it did not (I contacted seller and they confirmed I did not need a signature). So I requested a redelivery for the following day and filled out the slip and put it in my mailbox. Come today, my other packages were delivered, slip was still in the box and the package that was supposed to be redelivered is nowhere to be found. So now, I can not schedule another redelivery even though this is mail deliveries fault for being lazy. And I have to take the time out of my 60hr work week to come pick it up myself. Really?… I work night shift. I am asleep from 7 am to 3pm…

Pataskala Post Office admits to delivering my package to a PO Box by accident! Not my address and then says they will follow up? but never do! Spoke with the Post Master and Lindsay Stout.. No one will follow up with you.

The ladies in this office are always smiling and helpful, but the older gentleman has been rude every time I've spoken with him. He was adamant that a tracking number was incorrect after I provided it to him THREE times. I left the post office, checked the number on the website myself, and it was correct. No apologies for a missing $250 package or offer to help.
