Always super friendly and quick. Today, I forgot my wallet & ended up needing a box. He told me not to make a special trip & bring back the $2 later. I went right home & came back, but appreciated his understanding & grace more than he will know. They give the small town feel I grew up & miss a lot.

Quick & friendly service at the E Broad St Pataskala OH Store. I go there even though there's a closer location to my new residence. The lady that's been th ere several years is great. Nice & very helpful. Worth the drive to be treated good.

Both associates who work there are wonderful. Professional, efficient, and kind. They both deserve recognition for always being patient and helping everyone who comes in. The store is small but clean and you can get in and out quickly.

Starting off, never had an issue at this store before. This morning I get asked when the delivery slip was delivered. I told them I don't know it says to pick up the package by the 11th. That started a big deal and the women behind the counter talked to the gentleman in the back and he asked the same question, when did you get the slip. I stated I don't know I work during the day and it was on my pile of to do's when I got home yesterday. They then asked my name, I proceeded to tell them my name then my wifes name then my sons name. I was told I couldn't sign for the package because it wasn't in my name.Well, where does it state who's name this was under and where does it say what time the attempted delivery was made and where does it say that a specific person had to sign for the package that UPS had attempted to deliver to MY HOUSE!I went out of my way to pick up a package that should have just been re delivered. Not only did I have to wait in the morning because they don't open till 8, I get looked at and talked to like a criminal by both employees (i believe the guy is the owner). It was an insult and a waste of my time to try to save UPS from having to re-deliver a package which I'm sure only told my son it will be delivered sometime on this date.Not sure about you but I don't have all day to sit around and wait for a package with the time windows they provide. I also don't have patience for inconsiderate employees.If you want to know the time the attempted delivery was, put the time on the delivery slip. If you want a specific person to come sign for the package, put the name (even a first name or initials) on the slip. Don't ask questions in which can't be answered when the slip it self says Sorry We Missed you. That in itself states that we weren't there and as you can see from the photos, there's no way to answer those questions.Lady gets a negative star rating and the man gets a 1 star because he's typically not the yahoo he was today. Yes i get multiple deliveries weekly from FedEx, USPS and UPS so don't assume I should have know that package with the notice left on my house wasn't one of my packages. LEAVE INFORMATION so that people don't waste their morning then get rude behavior from the workers.

The clerk, Debbie, is pleasant as they come. Very professional and respectful of each person. She goes above and beyond to help anybody that is confused on how to make return especially if it was confusing. Wish there were more people in customer service like her!
