This store astounds me! As look thru the previous reviews online. I can see a very prominent pattern revolving one employee. "Penny" Who of which I'm writing my review about. In my experience with this person over a year period. I have witnessed racism, blatant disrespect of customers, berating coworkers infront of customers, of which these coworkers appeared to be minors. My only recommendation is that people stop going here altogether.thus person is one of the reasons hate continues to thrive in a world in dire need of compassion and understanding. UNITD DAIRY FARMERS YOU NEED TO ADDRESS THIS INSTEAD OF RESPONDING WITH "WELL TALK TO OUR TEAM". This woman has nothing but negative reviews. Do something about it!

I wish I could give this location zero stars, or maybe the company at its entirety is deserving of zero stars at this point. Witnessing other forms of discrimination mention in reviews and yet nothing seems to be taken seriously. Penny has been referenced in several of these negative reviews and yet has been blaming of minor children employed at this location and has even taken it to complaining directly to customers about the minors working there. It has gotten so far out of hand I removed my daughter from working in this toxic environment after months of attempting to coach my daughter through having to face and unfortunately deal with adversity from the utter ignorance of this individual, because unfortunately that is the harsh elements of reality in our world and these first jobs are about learning experiences and growth. Beyond the need to be able to learn our children also have to be able to recognize that they do not have to tolerate blatant disrespect or discrimination either. It went too far with the continued negative treatment towards minors employed here, minor labor law violations, and additional attempt of new violation this evening. I would not count on anything occurring in reprimand of these negative customer experiences or even mentions of discrimination, this employee is the mother of the store manager. Making attempts to file formal complaints with appropriate channels of this company but only able to find consumer relations which appear to make the same repetitive statements and yet are showing to be entirely negligible at this stage in reviewing responses on here. I will never be a customer of UDF and will continue to follow pathways of official government authorities for appropriate over-site.

I have been going to udf for years basiclly my whole life i have been going to UDF daily almost. I never have any problems with any of the employees but one and thats Penny and i have heard SEVERAL and i mean several other people complain about her or just having a problem with ber in general. She is rude to african americans literally is beyond rude and is a smarta** towards them and my husband is black and she gives him attitudes. Sometimes she is nice but majority of the time shes being rude and making slick side comments. Tonight i went to get a milkshake and the ice cream wasn't in the display cooler and i was talking to another employee about it because i wasnt sure why they wasnt in the cooler. She immediately jumped in the conversation rolling her eyes and getting a very very strong attitude with me when all i asked is if the cooler was broken out of curiosity. Not to mention when me and my husband walked in the doors we didnt even get any form greeting from her we only got a greeting from the gentelmen behind the counter actually taking care of us. It blows my mind that i didnt get greeted and my conversation got jumped in on with nothing but attitude and rudeness. Its to the point if i see shes working i wont even bother going in there because of constantly getting treated poorly by her me and my husband both.

I wish I could give 0 stars I went to buy ice cream and there was an old girl extremely rude and werid I was buying gas then I decided not to and I drove to other gas station

This place is really disappointing. It’s my favorite place to get late night ice cream from. I told the lady working I looked forward to coming here and she responded with “well we don’t” and proceeded to grunt and make my shake. My dad used to take me here as a kid so I love going. But anymore I leave more frustrated than I do anything else. I suggest working at a gas station where ice cream isn’t offered if you’re going to be so beyond rude to customers.

Employees are extremely rude when you go in for milkshakes. It’s THEIR JOB to make them. If they don’t like it I suggest they find a new profession. Unfortunately good customer service is few and far between anymore. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I am tired of the lady in there having an attitude almost everytime i come in. I will not be spending money in there anymore! Pretty sad whenever im there spending money everyday on smokes lottery gas an food probably more then what they pay her a week an i know more ppl feel the same way i do. Theres no reason or right for her to talk to me the way she has! Her attitude is poor an just because u cant work a lottery machine doesn't give u any right to treat someone poorly like the multiple times ive delt with it now im done and saying something about it! Unacceptable

Short guy that works at this store needs some training when some one orders a shake you don’t make flavored milk, or over flow it to where there is liquid coming out of the top of the lid makes a huge mess

Frequent visitor and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Ice cream is delicious and they have a decent size snack section to enjoy. Kids love the candy and chip selection. Some items are pricier than the grocery store but which gas station isn’t?Recommended

This is a very busy place. But I've never had a problem. Everybody in there is always friendly and gets me in and out in a short time. The ice cream is absolutely fantastic by the way. Just wish they had kerosene in stock at the pump.
