Was seen within 5 minutes, check-in process was quick. Physician was friendly, knowledgeable. BUT, I was several days in to a sinus infection. Had all the symptoms, they told me I likely had one but could not get any antibiotics until it was full-blown. Was told to call back in 2 days & they would call it in for me. I actually called 4 days later when symptoms worsened and the physician (a different one) said she wasn't going to prescribe anything over the phone and I would need to be re-seen. But she still wouldn't prescribe any antibiotics for another 3 or so days. I get a sinus infection once a year, I know full-well what they are and I cannot get rid of them without antibiotics. Wish I didn't need it but I do. So I'm made to suffer for several weeks unnecessarily? Last I checked, they aren't opioids.Called TeleDoc, went over the symptoms and the duration, they called in a prescription for antibiotics. Will never return to Little Clinic.

Thanks to the wonderful people who got me in quickly, even though I didn't have an appointment. Compassion is a wonderful thing.

My son woke up with ear pain and eye pain. I was pretty sure he had an ear infection and possibly pink eye. I made an appointment and we where about 10-11 min late. They refused to help a sick child and took the people who where over 90 min early and some others in front of us. Horrible practice. We just need a quick ear check for meds. I would not recommend this place at all. Better off going to Children's.

I went to the little clinic for a sinus infection. I was pretty much told that I didn’t have a sinus infection that needed antibiotics. I was prescribed a decongestant (even though I was already taking Mucinex). I walked around for 3 additional days feeling awful while taking the prescription I was given. Went to an urgent care and they prescribed an antibiotic for my sinus infection and they asked why I didn’t come in sooner! I told them I was told by little clinic that I didn’t really have anything wrong with me. They asked me how could I even hear with all the fluid. That’s funny because I was told my ears were clear. I’ve now been taking my antibiotic for 2 days and I feel much better!I The ringing in my ears finally stopped and my teeth don’t hurt from all the sinus pressure! I learned my lesson. That place is a joke! I hope the CNP reads this too. She knows who she is. If they can’t diagnose a sinus infection correctly, then they need to go back to school. Goodness gracious.

Worst experience ever signed in at 6pm for a walk in appointment there was a 2 hour wait no receptionist at desk so we left to go home so my child could rest got back at 7 pm waited in waiting room for 15 minutes to be advised I need to reschedule for tomorrow because they close at 7:30 I don’t know how np made it through school he doesn’t even know time and would have failed healthcare ethics 101. Definitely avoid this clinic if you want to be seen by someone competent.

Went for DOT physical. Had BP of 140/90. Recieved a 3 month card. Looked up FMCSA guidelines and should have received a 1yr card instead. Went back a few days later to show them and they made me pay again for the physical to get the one year card. DRIVERS BEWARE!!!! They dont know what the guidelines are or just dont care. I will never be back.

I went in for a sinus infection and ears full of fluid and was very pleased with the services provided. The Advanced PracticeRN, Joe, was kind and prompt yet thorough and definitley knowledgeable! I was thankful he recommended flonase in addition to the antibiotic. Thank you, Fran (MSN, RN, CNL @OSUWMC -The James :)
