Fred and Sarah at this location are awesome! After a week of fighting with other T mobile locations, Fred took the time to find out what was wrong with my phone. Sarah assisted in making the experience worth it all. Go Sarah and Fred. Thanks to this location.

WOW - what amazing service provided by Jacob!! Was having issues with my phone and he took his time to walk me through what I needed to update and change to get it to do what I needed. It wasn't required of him but he helped me and showed me how to change it if I needed to again. Tracy the Manager also was there to witness the great service the staff gives. In this day finding amazing customer service is rare..

These guys are sooooo helpful! I was having issues transferring from an old phone to a new phone. The first store I went to (Reynoldsburg Broad St) was absolutely terrible. They basically turned me away at the door because they said they couldn't help me and seemed very intent on watching a football game. I went to the store on Broad St in Pataskala and OMG! All my questions were answered, the service was very friendly, and I was out of there in no time! I will be coming back to the Pataskala on Broad store permanently, now!

I walk in and 1 of the employees is being very rude to every customer including me. The first elderly couple just want to know what’s happening with their plan and is being very hostile. I walk in the door and try to help close the door and he asks me what part of door being open made me think I could close it. A 3rd couple comes in and they are thinking about his instructions and he says you aint listening to a word I’m saying are you. I don’t why he is so hostile, especially when the new shadow plan that is auto opt in, people want help and understanding. The 2nd employee was nice his name was fred.

Went to the TMobile store in Pataskala was greeted by a wonderful delightful person named Tracy. He took care of my issue fast, courteous & understanding of what I wanted. Tracy knows what customer service is and does a awesome job at it too. I will only go to this TMobile store. Thank you again Tracy

My husband and I have been using this t-mobile since we moved to Pataskala a little over a year ago. We have been treated very professionally and been assisted to best suit our phone/watch needs!My most recent visit in was to restore some of my missing contacts in switching my IPhone XR to the 14 last week.Tracy was able to assist me and helped me recover some of my contacts that I was missing (I did have to contact the customer service team after leaving the store and uncovered that I needed to turn on my contacts in the back up feature under the iCloud).We appreciate all of the recent help and we are so grateful for the honesty and care from this store!

Tracy B the manager is a first class guy. He’s honest and a no BS kind of guy. Of course he wants to earn your business, however he is not a pushy typical sales guy. If he had our phones in stock he would have absolutely earned our business. Highly recommended!!

The manager Tracy is totally unprofessional. It seems like he goes out of his way to make people feel stupid when they come in for help. I came in for help setting up my voicemail when I transferred from Verizon to T-Mobiles and all the snide remarks were very off-putting. I have gone in for a free Tuesday item and he has made me feel uncomfortable, like I'm asking for a handout.

Went in there to buy a iPhone 13 manager Tracy was so arrogant and rude from the moment I walked in said if he doesent have at least 2 phones he was refusing to sell to me told me I can go to all the T-Mobile stores I want I won’t get a iPhone with the biggest stupid smirk on his face the employee went back said they had one and he said oh well so I left it’s a wonder how they make such a rude idiot a manager.

The manager at this store is the most rude and arrogant excuse for a manager I’ve ever encountered anywhere. When I questioned why the price he quoted on a phone was different than the one displayed in the store his response was to show me his name tag letting me know he was the manager and knew the pricing of his product. I wouldn’t buy water in the dessert from this guy.

Went to the store today to do a migration from Sprint to T-Mobile. The manager, Tracy, was rude from the moment I walked in. I have been dealing with Sprint/T-Mobile for two weeks and called then multiple times to ensure I had the correct info. Tracy told me they didn't know what they were talking about, actually used the words "I'm not going to do that", interrupted me multiple times and had the audacity to raise his voice to me. Needless to say, I left the store drove to AT&T where I was treated like someone whose business they wanted.
