I waited 10 minutes in the drive-through. Kept saying they would be with me in a minute. Finally, I gave up without even placing my order. There was only one car in the parking lot besides mine.Parking: Very small parking lot.

How do you screw up making a sandwich when all you have to do is listen to the customer tell you what to put on it. A Coldcut Combo is called a combo because it contains a combination of meat... not just bologna. Italian bread is plain, not with cheese and seasoning. Totally disappointed.

I don't suggest doing the online ordering. I ordered Italian bread got multigrain and paid an extra two dollars for extra meat and didn't get that either.

I've been getting lunch at this Subway once or twice a week for about two years. I always leave a tip. After today's experience, I will never return. The petite brunette, whom I believe is the manager, never smiles, always appears surly and is downright curt with customers. Their ice machine has been nonworking for at least 2 months (which must frustrate the staff, too). When their drive-thru window is closed, which is increasingly often, the electric sign in the front window says it IS and you do not find out until you get to the window that the drive-thru is not open. It must be tiring for the employees to have to tell every single drive-thru customer, through the intercom, that the drive thru is not open. Today I suggested that they simply disconnect the" drive thru" portion of the sign, which is separate, from the Open" sign. I even took a moment to see if disconnecting it would be difficult. Neither the manager nor her coworker responded to the practical idea, but I was treated VERY frostily until my order was completed and I paid and left. I wrote down the franchise owner's phone number and left a v.m. and text asking him to call me. As I write this, it's too soon to know if he will follow up.

Great subway location. The family enjoys subway about once every 3-4 weeks and this location is one of the more consistent ones we visit. The food is always fresh and they’ve always gotten our orders done accurately when using the drive thru service. Oh yeah and it has a drive thru which is super convenient and surprisingly quick.Would definitely recommend this location for a tasty and friendly subway experience.

For the past two days I’ve ordered the Black Forest Ham footlong with garlic aioli. Whoever made this sub for me did an excellent job. I’m very picky. It was made to perfection. Loved it so much I bought another one today. Kudos to the employee who made this for me. Gold ⭐️
