Bought a 2015 Jayco Whitehawk which was supposed to have had this inspection which we paid for. All the appliances work fine but after we had it put at campground and moved on found several bad spot in the floor, which is going to have to be repaired. I would be very weary if going there. Check everything out yourself and don't pay for their inspection.

The service provided was remarkable. We had some warranty issues and an insurance claim. Our Service Advisor, Amy Casto was amazing. She kept us in the loop throughout the entire process, very informative and easy to work with. She made a stressful process easy.Service: Body & Trim

The BEST buying experience. Not only are these guys knowledgeable, but they are extremely friendly and down-to-earth. Adrienne, their internet sales specialist was proactive and so friendly and helpful. She hooked us up with the product specialist that seemed to best fit our needs. Tyler Blackford was our product specialist, and he was awesome. He showed us a number of options that met all of our needs but didn't blow our budget out of the water. Honest and incredibly knowledgeable about all things camping. You can tell he's passionate about what he does. The entire sales/business team was amazing. They made us feel so at home. it's clear they take fantastic care of their customers even after the sale is complete. Go to them!!

I can't thank the folks at RCD Sales in Pataskala enough. Jim in sales and Matt in finance made the whole transaction hassle free. Jim kept in communication with me the whole time as I was out of state. I highly recommend RCD! When you're ready to buy...look them up! You'll be treated fairly and professionally. Thanks again!

Beware of price gouging For service and body repair. While traveling this summer in my travel trailer a stone was kicked up and put a hole the size of a quarter in the Shell . RCD has a bit of a Monopoly in my area and they take full advantage of that . This results in long wait times for estimates and repairs. After waiting over a month for them even to take a look at my camper they sent me a estimate that was outrageous. Keep in mind the damage to the shell of my camper was the size of a quarter. The quote came back at $1000 which included $105 for the privilege of providing an estimate, $100 in parts at $800 in labor . When I asked for some additional detail they shared their computer system that calculate repairs based on time and parts. When I expressed my concern with the estimate for such a small job. Their response was that I should turn it into my insurance company. Then the manager came out and told me I should take it somewhere else. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed with your pricing and customer service response.

If you go here just ask for Ross. Make him drive you around in the golf cart, & ask to see EVERY unit on the lot. Show up early & stay late! Wear him down with 1,000,000 questions! Make him work for the sale. This could easily be a 3 or 4 star review if based solely on the service department. They will irritate you at times. I've bought two 5th wheels here & everyone is sales & parts is great.

We bought our new Fleetwood Storm here. They had a lot better customer service than any of the other MANY dealers we visited but, not sure that is saying much. I still feel dirty and like we got seriously ripped off but.... apparently, that's common when buying a motor home? We've had it less than a year and it's in the shop with a 5 page list of things that need repaired before the one year warranty is up. We're told this is also normal.... Drove over 4 hours to purchase from this dealer and for service. They've had our motorhome for a week tomorrow with ZERO contact.... Again, apparently, this is normal. Meh.....

Absolutely fantastic! Customer service above & beyond the rest. We traveled 2 states to get our pup camper. No one else near had the one we wanted. We did our research about their reputation and checked out their BBB.org reputation: which is fantastic and has a very long history. We took a chance and made the 10 hour drive. It was worth every penny spent. Their reputation is earned. They are exactly what we had read about, honest, up front, helpful, and thorough. They worked with us and found financing we were happy with. They instructed us and showed us hands on how to operate and identify all the parts of our camper. They took the time to answer all our questions no matter how small. One of the answers we received confirmed their reputation even more. When we wanted to know about the best option for us, they told us what it was, that they did not carry it in the store, and that they were working on getting it in. Who does that anymore? Wow. What great service! Also, on a side note, we came around Christmas and they even had Santa there for the kids with little gifts. What a great experience. We know where we will be looking when it comes time to buy a big camper, RCD Pataskala.

We took our motor coach in for repair. They had it 6 months. They didn't fix things they replaced parts with new ones. They didn't do many repairs we ask them to do. They removed panels and didn't put them back. Carpet was very dirty. Very disappointed.
