Theyir customer service is no great no great all they dint return phone calls I've called and called and got no call back I have a 2015 jeep compass from them that was supposed to be under warranty I've I've trying for months to get ahold of them to get maintenance done and no response. All I have have say is their customer service and returning of calls to clients is absolutely horrible.

Covid Issues with my work caused my YTD on my stub to be an issue. The bank freaked out but Powerhouse stepped in and was able to keep my approval and me in my car. Saved my A

No dealership in town would work with me because of my credit! I called Powerhouse and did a quick application and even with all my repos, they got me approved. Still in shock!!! Thank You Everyone!!!
