“After recently beginning to use a pharmacy regularly, I was shocked at how terrible the experience was at major retailers like CVS and Krogers. Long wait times, constant mistakes requiring me to call back and forth to the doctor's office and the pharmacy to verify things, being told it is worked out now, only to show up and wait again and find out there is still an issue!That is why Ive been so grateful for the quick and personal service at Royal Pharmacy. There is never a line, has never been a mistake, and if there is a problem the pharmacist has offered to communicate with the doctor's office herself and call me when it is worked out. I always see the same woman there and she gives great service and really seems to care about my experience. She is even gracious when I run in there 5 minutes before closing as I am prone to do. This is the difference between a small business vs a large company. Ive seen advertised on their window free delivery as well which Ive never used but sounds like a great service. Id recommend Royal Pharmacy to anyone.”

“I've been to alot of pharmacies, and after moving to Pataskala, I just used Kroger out of convenience until my insurance company dropped them. (UHC) I tried CVS and was so happy I did. The staff are great. They are very respectful and non judgemental. I know they get short staffed, and at times, it's impossible to reach by phone, but I just stop in and usually on my way within a few minutes. I'm very happy with Pataskala CVS”

“I love that I no longer have to risk CC# theft via skimmers at the pump, all thanks to Kroger Pay! I now use only my app! Fingerprint unlock and login, put in what pump # I'm using, I can see my Fuel points next and choose how many to use, then pay, before I even get out of my car! TYSM Kroger!”
