I have previously had great customer service at this location but recently service has decreased. This eveningI witnessed an extremely unprofessional young teller kick at things, slam a door and in general have a fit after an older gentleman needed help. The older gentleman spent a very long time trying to nicely and politely convey his needs and required help with a bank error. The older gentleman customer finally lost his temper, raised his voice and declared the bank would fix the error or he would end banking with Park. He stated he had been a customer since he was a teen and had never experienced such a problem and a lack of customer service. It appeared the older gentleman was simply at his wits end, and rightly so. The younger teller appeared disinterested and uncaring towards the older gentleman during the entire encounter. However, after the customer left, the young teller literally threw a tantrum.I was already unhappy making an extra trip inside when I was promised a call and didn't get one. My last two trips inside the bank I have also experience a significant decrease in good customer service. However, observing the older gentleman struggle, the disinterest in helping him, and then the young teller throw a tantrum is beyond ridiculous. My heart ached for the older gentleman needing assistance. How someone treats their elders is a huge indicator of their integrity.

Stopped in Saturday to withdrawal from my checking account and experienced some of the worst customer service. I even filled out my checking withdrawal slip to save the teller time. Everyone working acted like they didn’t want to be there. When I walked up I was initially ignored… when the other teller decided to wait on me she acted like I was inconveniencing her by doing a transaction. I don’t foresee my husband and I banking here much longer. Tired of the horrible customer service.

First off, not PNB's fault KROGER decided to shut off ACCESS to this location for their business purposes but makes banking inconvenient if not grocerying. Stood in line 10 minutes. The only other customer was being dealt with by Teller 1. Teller 2 just kept ignoring me, looking at the clock (it was 90 minutes until closing), looking over her shoulder, staring at me and never greeted nor apologized for my time she obviously had no respect for. I ONLY give 2 stars instead of 1 because I do LIKE banking, generally, with PARK!
