“I’ve been taking my car here for the last few issues I’ve had with it and I have never been dissatisfied.
Today, I explained to Tom on t he phone that I just got out of the hospital and haven’t been working due to medical issues so money was tight but I have a light that stays on when the car shuts off on my climate control and wasn’t sure if it’s a dire need to have fixed and if he could tell me if I need to make an appointment to get it fixed or not.
He told me to bring it to the shop and he’d assess the situation for me without charge. And it turned out to be nothing critical. Most companies would have charged me 100 dollars just for that and I’d been out of grocery money when the light was nothing needing fixed. They helped me without charging that fee this time because they are compassionate caring people and that is almost unheard of these days which is one reason I like to come here. They are caring people and have always done excellent work for me since coming here in January of this year.
I highly recommend.

They explained what was happening underneath the car, they told me things that need to be replaced and what was in good shape.they told me when I should replace other things. They filled what was tobe filled and tod me what was on the bill. Over all they where a number 1 place to take my car to get get the oil change. I like the way I was treated. “I'd like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the manager and staff.
We were a few hours into a 3 day road trip when the tire light came on. A valve stem from a recently purchased set of tires hadn't seated properly, and was leaking. Not the sort of repair I can do on the road or at a hotel. They managed to fit me in around other appointments as best they could, repair the leak, and send us on our way for no charge. We were in a bind, and ready to pay whatever we needed, but instead, we got "Have a nice day". It was unexpected, unnecessary, and I'll admit I choked up a bit. Thankfully, the rest of the trip was entirely uneventful and we made all our overnight reservations.”

That said, the service was great, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and were not pressuring me to buy extra things or services, but I needed some new filters etc. I will probably be back here again a few months.”
“The guys at the Canal Winchester Walmart auto center were very nice and helpful. Much better service than the Reynoldsburg Walmart Auto Center. I was having 2 tires put on my car, on the front, and I think they did a good job. It didn’t take very long either, only about 30 minutes or so. We just walked around Walmart until they were done. Originally I was planning on having my tires put on at the Reynoldsburg location but when I tried to schedule my appointment, the guy tried to tell me that they were all booked up until next year. This was around Thanksgiving weekend and I bought the tires during Black Friday sale.”
