I'll start with the good:My little one seemed to love it. Receiving pictures when I got them was good. Quick responses when I had to ask questions through the app (not often). They appeared to be receptive to feedback. Price isn't terrible. Good location. The security concept at the front entry door is good in theory. However, add in the hustle and bustle of pickup with multiple parents arriving at the same time, it can get over crowded and people just walk in without entering their codes. The bad:Didn't feed my little one even though the times were literally labeled on the bottles. When confronted they said they weren't sure if baby needed to be fed and went by the paper rules filled out when I first enrolled my little one. Even by the papers, baby was still almost 2 hours late on bottles. However, my child wound up going almost 6.5-7 hours without a bottle in the morning. Could this have been avoided? ABSOULTELY. They use the app for a reason and also had my phone number yet they failed to use the resources available to them.Failed to log bottle times. Amber did go on a search for bottles for me to ensure baby didn't go without another feed. I'll give her credit for this and she usually is responsive. However, the infant room workers response was that I walked in while she was "finishing up feeding him." Why would I go out of my way to find out if my child ate if I saw you feeding him? ?♀️On another occasion my husband dropped our baby off and told the infant teacher the bottle times. Instead of them telling him he needed to bring our child to a different room, they had Amber contact me to tell me we can't leave our baby in a room unattended. Now, I see the fault on both sides here. However, why would you NOT tell him to bring an infant to the proper room knowing full well he's in there when he just told you when baby needs to eat again? These things only happened once and were rectified after speaking with the director and sending a very in-depth message to all staff regarding his feed times on the app they use [except when they're not sure about feeding a BABY?].We relocated and pulled him out of this daycare as a result. However, had we not moved, we likely would've removed him from the daycare just given the feeding situation.

And that’s just from the carpet the babies be laying and crawling on

If i could give this place zero stars I would. Four hours in between diaper changes and when brought to their attention they "forgot" to log it and bottle times. The instructor is rude and not caring. Oh and still haven't gotten my money back from them. This place is a joke.

This daycare is absolutely amazing. 3 of my grandchildren attend this daycare and are very well taken care of. I do NOT need to see paperwork as I trust every daycare teacher there. I would total recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for daycare. Oh and as for the Director, Amber is amazing, nice, sweet and far from being “rude”

Amazing daycare! My children have gone here for 5 years now and I have to say this is the best daycare my children have attended. My daughter got so attached to many of the teachers that they all feel like extended family at this point. Even when I had forgotten to pack extra clothes the day my daughter had 2 different accidents they made sure she was comfortable and dry. I’m always relieved when I see a daycare put signs up and notify us as parents that a virus has been identified. It just makes me feel better knowing that my children are somewhere safe and loved.

A day care should never, I repeat never call a child not normal. My grandson was called not normal (he is on the autism spectrum) but his siblings were welcome to stay since they were normal. I'm glad they are going somewhere else now where all of them are treated with the care and kindness they deserve. I hope the staffing situation gets rectified here, I've never had an issue with them in years past so not sure what has changed or happened.

Very unhappy with them between talking about me behind my back because I had asked for answers about where fundraising stuff was to where pictures were. That was the director. To starting the kids to early on the color chart for behavior. My son was coming home saying he was a bad boy and that I chose a bad boy.

This is the best daycare I’ve ever worked at and I enjoy bringing my son here because I know that he is in good hands and getting the best care while at daycare.

My boys love it here. My 5 year old has learned so much so quickly, and he is always excited to go. My 1 year old had never been to daycare and I was worried about him adjusting, but his teachers are so sweet that he's rapidly grown quite fond. They both appreciate the structure here, and I feel like the teachers are a lot more approachable than some of the other centers I've visited. My 5 year old particularly likes that they "don't treat him like a baby", whatever that means! He's happy, so I am too.

This daycare is always going to be my #1 recommendation. The director and teachers know what they’re doing and make sure each parent is informed and up to date on their children’s class, daily activities & schedules. Most impressed by the infant & baby rooms. Very organized & the teachers love each and every child in their care.

My two boys have been attending Milestones for almost three years now. I am very happy with the care they receive there. Milestones is a clean daycare with a nice, large outdoor play area. Due to our recent move to Pickerington, this is the second daycare that the boys have attended. There are several things that set Milestones apart from the other daycare. Milestones provides great field trips for the kids through the summer – busing them to places like the Zoo, Lazer Kraze, and local parks. They demonstrate flexibility through their willingness to put my boys on and get them off of a bus to part-day public preschool where my older son received individualized education plan (IEP) support. Other daycares we toured were unwilling to do this because it makes it difficult to maintain teacher-student ratios. Many of the teachers have been working at Milestones for a long time and built great relationships with the boys; our previous daycare had a lot of staff turnover. Finally, I feel that the staff at Milestones genuinely care for my children; examples of this are seen at the annual Milestones family Halloween night and the “graduation” ceremony they hold for children about to begin daycare.

My kids have had a wonderful experience at Milestones! My children can learn and play in a safe and positive environment when they attend Milestones. I would recommend the center to anyone looking for a great daycare!

Being a first time Mother I have discovered that daycare's are really trial and error. The first daycare I chose, I was unhappy with after 6 months of my infant going there. I made the change to Milestones, April of 2016. It was the best decision I could have made for my daughter. She is thriving in the toddler class. She comes home daily with knowledge of new words, songs, developmental and socialization skills. The teachers implement core values and ethics to children of all age groups. The communication between the Director and myself is impressive. They truly strive to make transitions as easy as possible for not only the parents, but most importantly, the children. I highly recommend Milestones Learning Center to all.
