The good things are: the employees are all very nice and store is clean. I love the new digital carts! However, Kroger as a whole is way overpriced. I took off a star for the rotisserie chicken department being constantly closed. I stop in several times a week for a quick healthy dinner—only to find this department frequently closed early (and sometimes closed in the afternoon, too). It’s nerve-racking to park, come in, and not be able to get an essential food. I could understand it happening occasionally, but weekly? Why not fix whatever is going on there? I also removed a star for the loud blaring music that goes on everywhere over the last couple decades, and is getting worse and worse. I have complained on surveys multiple times and they simply don’t care. Many times I’ve witnessed autistic kids holding their ears. But for whatever reason, corporations seem to think that a loud, party environment at a GROCERY STORE store is ideal. Why?? It’s not a bar! Do they want us to ‘go bananas’ so that we’ll buy more bananas? ??

I wouldn't recommend buying propane through Kroger. They sold me a propane tank with an old o-ring that leaked. When I took it back I was forced to pay another $20 for a refill. So they sold me a bad tank and made me buy another one within 24 hours. Where I come from that's not good business.

Like every other Kroger, the service is awful, the selection mediocre, and the acrid smell of dried blood permeates the entire store. Really wish this monopoly would go away!

I really don't care for this Kroger. I had a cashier argue with me about wanting my ID scanned, and then she lied to me and said they don't store your personal information from a scanned ID. That's a lie. They can store your information for up to 5 years, and there is no law that you must have your ID scanned for alcohol (another lie). They also deck out their customer service in pride flags every June. As a Christian I find this deeply insulting.

Ceo Telling employees that they need to take down the disgusting decorations referring to the pride decor. Employee said that if they put it back up they would be terminated

Worse than Walmart and 5x more expensive. Pro tip train your employees to listen to questions before just answering no. The girl knew the answer to the question and finally did answer it after shaking her head like a dog.

The only reason I shop at this store is because of its location. The staff are rude, they treat you like a criminal. Avoid if possible.

Always helpful staff when I go in. I also do instacarts from the store and the staff are always helpful in pointing me in the direction of items that I can't find or really just any information that I need while running through the store trying to get orders for people lol. Keep up the good work.

This Kroger is nice and clean. Things are easy to find. They also have a state liquor store in it.

Creep working the gas pumps told me I need to leave because I had a lit cigar in my car. Power trip if I’ve ever seen it. Try to start a gas fire with a cigar and see how hard it is. Even if I was trying to start one it wouldn’t work.
