Signs say 4.99 carton of coke or pepsi. I did not notice digital coupon required, which I could have easily called up. Got home and noticed the charge was 9.99, a ridiculous amount for carton of pop. Called customer service and was informed I needed a digital coupon. I said it would have been nice if someone had mentioned it. Was told I was welcome to bring them back. Did not appreciate the tone. Right, I am going to schlep back 4 cartons of pop to Pataskala from columbus. I stopped at that kroger because it's nicer than town and country. Won't make that mistake again. Don't need the gotcha attitude.

Great staff and customer service. Prescriptions are filled quickly, staff is courteous and knowledgeable. They take the time to explore less costly options for expensive medications, even during the busiest times.

Horrible customer service, employees talk about personal issues on the sales floor, very unprofessional lady that works the self checkout and customer service desk, she has conversations with others when a customer is in front of her ( please pay attention to the customer you are helping), some employees are so rude when asked where an item is. Its just the talking about personal Issues on the sales floor thats so horrible, we dont need to hear it!

Five months ago I used the drive thru, and said I would never use it again. I decided today I would try it again. In line twenty minutes (unbelievable), if the people taking care of the drive thru went any slower, I'm afraid they would go backwards. (Old review) Nice staff and helpful, but unbelievably slow, normally long lines. Went to the drive thru window once, never again. Waited fifteen minutes.

So slow…closed with people in the drive through even though they kept them waiting 10 minutes.

This is actually the worst pharmacy if i could give zero stars i would. First they are terribly rude and have no remorse , second they are very slow be prepared to wait 45 minutes in line (in or outside), third they simply do not care about anyones needs for their medication.

This is a s*** store. They stole $256 from me and refuse to refund it back. The manager is an absolute asshole. Never going back.

I’ve never wanted to review a pharmacy before. In fact, I rarely write reviews. But this has to be the slowest pharmacy I’ve ever used. Literally 30 min can go by before the car in front of you moves through the drive through. It feels like the drive through is low priority for this place. Additionally, they close the drive through frequently making it difficult for people with mobility issues so they have to stand in line. This place is poorly managed. Will be moving scripts.

Don't make your vaccine appointment here. This pharmacy is too busy to be doing vaccines. They don't have the time or the staff. Kroger why are you doing this to your Pharmacy?!?

Denied prescription because the line was too long, even though I was in line well before the 7pm closing time. I understand that the line was long, but to deny multiple people, who were even behind me, our medications and have no remorse or other options available is despicable and morally wrong. It is not ethical for a pharmacist to deny a patient their medication because they don't want to stay late. I was in line 20 mins before closing.Unacceptable Alex - I have reported you to the State of Ohio Board of Pharmacy. You have broken your Hippocratic Oath as a Doctor and should be embarrassed for how you treat your patients. If this is the new Kroger Policy to just randomly decide to stop serving the pharmacy customers even though they were in line well before the closing hours that is awful and you should be ashamed. We are not talking about stopping liquor sales or bread - we are talking about medications that prevent or provide life saving services to your patients.I understand it is tough to find help these days, but this is unacceptable behavior and it is reckless and dangerous. I no longer feel safe to have my prescriptions filled here at this location. To have such little care for my health and well-being really is despicable.

I have been going to this pharmacy for many years and usually they have been very good. But this is the third time my medication took more than three days to be filled. I even called yesterday and was told it would be filled but still today it isn't. Which normally would be fine except I have to have the medication for a upcoming surgery. My parents have already switched over to CVC in Pataskala because they do not fill medication when they need it.I will say their customer service is always great and they are all very friendly. I understand that the pandemic makes it challenging at times to have the staff and/or supplies of medication but at the same time if you tell someone it will be done at a certain time and they waste the time to go pick it up that's not okay.

Pharmacy’s are starting to get ridiculous now when they don’t open until 10 am (because supposedly giving vaccine’s or testing for COVID, yet there are never times open for either of those things) and closing by 7pm! When are people who work supposed to get their medicine?! Especially something that was just called in to take immediately by the doctor’s office. This Kroger Pharmacy for the last 2 months, has had no option to pick up outside and the line inside goes from the front to the back of the store! I stood in line 3 weeks ago for a hour with a 101 fever and COVID so that I could pick up the medicine I needed. And apparently there is no manager at any Kroger in store or pharmacy. It must be run by the cloud then. I will be making a corporate complaint but to say there is no manager at the stores is ridiculous. There is always a manager before going to corporate but I guess now no one wants to take accountability, so it must be run by the cloud.

If I could give negative stars I would, from the Kroger click list to the pharmacy this location is terrible. The new design is inconvenient and inconsiderate of those who are disabled or unable to come inside to get their prescriptions. Someone up the chain clearly Isn't doing their job. Do not waste your time going to this location.
