I've been coming to this car wash for quite some time. I'm writing this review because I told the owner I would after we had an argument at his car wash and on the phone, which I was hung up on twice. Let me explain, so on two separate occasions I was vacuuming my car out once after work early in the morning and recently in the afternoon. And occasionally I'll get done and sit in my car to wind down before going home. It's like my own getaway. I'm always minding my own business, and doing nothing that would cause suspicion. Well, apparently the owner thinks he can just walk up to your car and put his face basically in your car window and ask if everything is alright. It makes me very uncomfortable and it's happened twice. Well the second time I confronted him. I'm just sitting there in one of his "parking spots" after vacuuming my car, and here he comes driving over to me and gets out and comes over to my car. I rolled the window down and again he gets in my face basically asking if everything is alright. That's when I lost it. I was literally minding my own business and he comes over like cop thinking I'm dealing or something. I will never go back here and I recommend people stay away if you like your privacy and freedom. Because this guy doesn't respect that. It's sad I've actually given him a lot of business. But I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Only tried this car wash once last year and got stuck in wash bay when it quit. Owner came and gave me pass to another lane. Went again today in touch less and it stopped in the middle of the wash. Had to come home and rinse my car

I’ve come to this location for a few years and there always seems to be a problem with the bays not working properly. Today I pulled up and the door says that they open automatically so I purchased a wash and nothing opened. Called the owner and he said that it was not working and said there should be a cone outside of it. There wasn’t. So then he proceeded to talk to me like I’m dumb and tell me it’s been down over a month. (Because I should know that.) I told him he needs to put a few more signs up to deter people. He did not agree. This is the last time I will ever come here. I don’t support ignorance!

Went this afternoon and had difficulties with paying (it took my money but didn’t start to operate) I saw the number on the building and decided to call. Troy answered and was pleasant and helped me to get my car washed. Thank you for being kind and helping sort out my issue. Also, vacuum's at this location have a high suction. Would go again!

Watch it don't take off your deer whistles otherwise did a good job in cleaning. It did miss a couple spots though.

A clean ride is a must if you're a driver for Lyft or Uber.
While detailing the inside of my car, the owner approached me from behind and began to raise his voice, telling me what was aloud to be thrown away at a car wash. Please correct me, but a car wash invites this kind of activity ????
I never once explained to this person that his fragrance machine owed me 1 dollar. God bless

Everything was fine, however when the drying process started I did not notice the timer therefore I began a little hastey. After seeing the amount of dry time I had left and me not of had my car but 1/4th the way into the drying fans I decided to back up a little and start again slower for a better dry. Well that was a mistake because despite the 40 seconds on the display it unfortunately stopped. Probably due to me backing up...idk but it's safe to say I ended up air drying that day by means of highway lol
Also the middle of my trunk right above the latch area, did not get washed. It was a very small area and it's where the two rotating cleaners converge at so I see why it happened. (2015 dodge dart)

Not open 24/7. Came in at midnight right after my shift for a quick wash just to clean it up from all the winter filth. Paid 12 dollars just to sit there for a few minutes for the gate to never open up. Should've printed my receipt when it was possible.

Didn’t wash my car! Far right wash just said stop and never began the wash. Have had good experience here. Hopefully I can get my $14 back!
