It was stupidly expensive. A simple drop off and pickup process to way to long. The person who prepared my taxes went on endlessly about setting up IRAs through Fidelity and kept giving me his friends name. He was unable to take the hint of me looking at my watch and cell phone indicating my lack of interest.

Absolutely horrible customer service!! I've been trying to get my taxes done by Ron Dodge for a month now. I've called and called his boss Jeff no reply. Last night he finally called me the call dropped and I never heard from him again even Instantly sent him a message. He told me last night I would receive my paperwork and again NOTHING! I am reporting g hrblock pataskala to the IRS!

I paid $670 to have my taxes done as a small business owner this year. I submitted all of my documentation online via my private portal and, I'm not joking, within DAYS of submitting all of these files at like 11pm, Ronald had my taxes done and saved me A TON of money! I started seeing Ron a couple years ago and he informed me of the many breaks I get as a solo LLC and what write offs I hadn't been including that were only costing me money. This guy deserves a BIG raise because not only is fast and efficient, but he's very intelligent and knowledgable about his job and looking out for his clients! Thank you so so so much Ron! I'm currently due with our first baby in two weeks. I thought I'd have to wait until after her birth to handle all of this and he had it done in a few days?! THE BEST!

This place tried to charge me $400 for 1040ez… one job, one year… single person. WHAT?The man doing my taxes made me insanely uncomfortable as my 30 minute block appointment turned into 2 hours because he wouldn’t quit talking about his personal life.He kept telling me about his health problems and saying he’s super smart and asking me if I could believe how smart he was.Even after the secretary told him his next 2 appointment were waiting and he was pas time… he continued to talk about himself.Very odd. Very strange, I’d rather pay a stranger in an alley somewhere to do my taxes than ever come back here to be honest.

Jennifer was incredibly helpful and removed ALL of the stress associated with tax season for us. We were able to do the online submission of necessary documents with ease and then went into the H&R office for a summary/review of everything. Jennifer explained everything clearly and had the whole deal wrapped up in about 20 minutes. We will definitely be coming back to H&R!
