I have been going to great clips for 15 years and have actually never had any complaints. Doesn't matter who cuts my hair. Each stylist has their own unique way of cutting hair and I'm always impressed. Pataskala location is the absolute best though everyone can cut hair and they all have great personalities and food attitude

Please avoid this salon as customer service is not priority. Checked in on the app for a faster service and upon arriving I was checked in through the salon app and was told that 8 others were in front and my time was 60mins. Since the salon was small I let them know I would be outside waiting in my vehicle. The app notifies you when your next and provides your phone number to the salon I figured it would be safe to wait outside. Unfortunately I kept getting a longer wait time and after seeing that the others on the app waitlist were getting checked off out of order I went in to ask about my spot and timeframe. They let me know they were running short staff but that they took clients that were arriving early or waiting in the salon even though they weren’t next or in the order of check ins. They told me that I needed to wait inside and that they don’t call to notify me if I can get in sooner or if another individual doesn’t show up for their time. They didn’t apologize for having me wait an hour or even ask me to get me in sooner.

Check in online, walk into the building with about a 10 minute wait. The lady who I assume is the manager says she “checks me in”. After another 40 minute wait and 3 people go ahead of me, I ask the lady why it had my name up first this whole time and she says that I never checked in with them. I don’t know what kind of backwards system you have there but it wasted an hour of my time. If you can’t even follow a simple queue why would I trust you with scissors around my head.

The attitude of every single employee needs a major overhaul! They are literally the most pessimistic individuals and unprofessionally express it to customers. Every stylist working this past Saturday, August 26 should be terminated immediately. Shame on you for hiring such poor staff with zero integrity or credibility.Services: Bang trim

50/50 service usually in pataskala along with my satisfaction. Today my haircut was alright but sloppy and uneven cuts all throughout. Don’t bother getting a beard trim you’ll be able to do it much better yourself for real it’s not worth the money for them to do next to Nothing with your face and charge $8 for it to look “shorter” but more unkempt and uneven cuts

Only a select few are actually decent barbers/hair stylists. Some buzz through your hair without touching anything up and you'll have to go home and finish the job. And some actually take their time and are detailed oriented.

Hi this isa client I’d like my emailAnonymous however I was in there and there were two ladies one with black hair and another with light brown there was a gentleman that came in there he was extremely rude to the lady at the front desk she had long black hair it was 6 o’clock said they were closed he had a fit I feel she handled it soProfessionally he even harassed me being on my phone thought I was recording him .. then he called the salon 3 times harassing those poor ladies I feel that man should not be allowed to return to the salon I was scared for their safety so I stayed outside to make sure they were okay !! They did such great work and they were extremely kind

Except for the cost going up again, everything went great. I was welcomed when I entered, they took my name where I signed in online. My hairdresser was kind and we talked the whole time. I recommend them to any and everybody!!Service: Haircut
