I didn't purchase a vehicle from coughlin. It was because a few of the employees were incredibly pushy, slick and scripted. Im they deal was also not a good one. I will say Matt was extremely patient and pleasant to work with and had I only had to deal with him I might have made the purchase.

My check engine light came on and I made an appointment online. Website said service department opened at 7 so that is what I selected for my appointment. I showed up for the appointment and Nick Cook service production manager asked what I needed. I told him I made an appointment online 2 days prior because the check engine light was on and I was due for a 60000 mile service. He asked what time was my appointment for I told him 7andhe informed me "We don't make appointments for 7" I told him I had made the appointment online and he said it's not on here are you sure you made it for here and I let him know this has been the only dealership I have been to since moving to the area. He asked if I was dropping off or waiting. I said I'm waiting I have no other transportation. He responded that I was going to have a long wait because there were 20 vehicles in front of me. A lady came through and he told her to do my paperwork so she did. He asked if I got a response to my appointment. I told him no but I had received an email I was due for service which is where I made the appointment from. Apparently I ruined his day because he was very snippy. After the nice lady finished my paperwork she took me to the waiting area. As I sat there I got angry because I am a paying customer I shouldn't be disrespected like that so I stepped out to the garage and asked for his business card and the lady got it for me. I told her to just have them do the oil change and I would leave. She came back to let me know that the oil change was done but the check engine light was still on would I like for her to reset it. I asked if it was going to cost me $100 to do it and she said no. She went to reset the light but came back and said she was told she couldn't reset it because it was illegal for her to do so. I said that's bull crap. I paid my bill and left. I will never go back and I don't recommend that anyone else does either unless you like to be treated badly. I have worked in retail most of my life and that is no way to treat a paying customer.

Bill Smith and his service team in Circleville OH completely saved the day! Was on a girls trip out of state when my car started having some issues. He was able to squeeze us in on short notice on a Saturday. They were quick to diagnose the problem and get us fixed. Completely saved girls trip and we made it home safe. Thank you again Bill!! For keeping us safe on the road and allowing us to make it to Hawking Hills State park!

I had a pretty good buying experience several months ago when we came in on the recommendation of my wife.I found a 2016 Durango R/T at their location in Marysville and called to see if they could have it sent over. Sure enough, they said they would have it brought over the next day for me to look at. The next day, I was informed the salesperson I was originally slated to work with had called off, but another one took up the reigns and went and got the car for me, otherwise I wouldn't have been able to see it like it was scheduled. The car test drove well and I informed the salesman I'd like to work out a deal. Initially the financing came out nowhere close to what I had expected, but they worked hard to bring it down quite a bit. I think I could've gotten a little more on my trade, but they got the monthly payment down to about the absolute max I was willing to spend so it worked out.All the people there are super, super friendly and I really felt no pressure and instead felt they worked hard to get me in a vehicle I really wanted. I'll certainly come back here for future business and strongly recommend them to anyone in the area. Keep in mind you can ask they bring over vehicles from other Coughlin dealerships which is super, super helpful!

I would recommend anyone to this dealership. I test drove two vehicles and they would not sell the cars to me because the cars did not pass the tests that the dealership puts them through. I drove two more used vehicles and decided on one. We brought it home and the battery would not allow it to start the following day. We took it back to dealership and no problem, battery replaced no question asked!This is our 2nd time purchasing with the dealership, won't be the last!! This is a reputable dealership!!!

Dealt with Nathaniel. We Had one phone call and he seemed upset when I questioned more about the car than he seemed to know. Told me he would get back with me. Of course never did. Pretty lousy dealership in my opinion I’ve bought 27 cars in my lifetime and was ready to buy this one. Apparently they are not into customer service or selling cars. Uggg good luck!!

My husband and I thought we would try to buy local. But will never be going back. They talk about all your personal info out in the open with costumers around. The finance guy was suppose to be working on our deal and he was just texting the whole time. Our sales lady had another customer come in and she put us to the side and told us she would call us with the numbers. Never heard back.

I just bought a new car from Rick Conti and the experience was the best I’ve ever had. He is several steps above any salesman I have ever dealt with , and I’ve bought over 40 vehicles between my wife and I. The whole Coughlin experience was top notch. I am 800 miles away, and even with the shipping cost they were cheaper and had better service. I would do it again in a heartbeat. Thanks guys.
