Terrific experience both with renting a storage unit and a U-Haul. Robyn, the manager, has great customer service skills and helped us thru a very stressful relocation process. If we weren’t leaving the area, we’d definitely use Broad and York again for all our storage unit and truck rental needs!

Broad & York Storage is AMAZING! The storage unit is clean and well-maintained. I also appreciated that the rental included a discus lock so I didn't have to go buy one. Robyn knows her stuff and is very customer-focused. She made the rental process clear and seamless, not only for the storage unit rental, but also renting U-Haul equipment. Highly recommend!!!

Robyn was so sweet to me today! I’ve never rented a U-Haul before but she walked me through everything and was so patient with me (especially because I’m not a morning person so I was scatter brained). The ease of returning the truck was awesome as well! What a great experience, I’d recommend anyone in the Granville/Pataskala area to come here for your next move!
