Lived here for 5 years and cannot say enough good things about Westview. Great facilities, great price, great location. Landscaped and wooded area is gorgeous and the staff is friendly and accessible. Shout out to Liz and Stacy in the office and to the maintenance dudes Mike and George!

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with the staff from the maintenance department to the leasing office! I’ve been a resident here for 2 years now and every time I’ve had any issues they were dealt with promptly and with complete satisfaction!

My girlfriend and I absolutely loved living here. They are so attentive to maintenance issues. They have 24/7 maintenance availability. They are very respectful and kind, and the scenery is great. It is a very clean place to live, and I would definitely live here again if I ever moved back to the area.

Carrie, the director of leasing, is one of the most helpful people I’ve ever met. We’ve had a couple of issues recently and she’s helped us solve them all.She has been so kind during our stressful time and helped us to move forward and be able to sign a new lease!I am so incredibly thankful for her.Along with that, the maintenance crew is also amazing. We’ve had a couple issue involving plumbing and they've come out right away and helped us. As well as when our air conditioner broke in the summer and they came and gave us a new one right away! We’ve also locked our self’s out accidentally at 1am and the off property maintenance man came very fast to let us in and was so kind. The leasing office crew is so great at communication and problem solving, I’m so grateful to be able to live here for another year!

Put in an application and was told I need a co-signer and they have to make 5 times the rent. I’ve never heard 5 times now, maybe 3 but 5 ok.

Lived there for 3 years, they worked with me fast to live there when I was looking for a place. Maintenance was fast when I requested it. The office ladies were wonderful and amazing and helpful with anything I asked or needed help. Highly recommend this place. Would live here again. Lived in the first floor which made it easy access to laundry and neighbors was quite peaceful. Overall had a relaxing and wonderful experience so rating it 5. Wish everyone at the office the best.

Do NOT rent from Westview North! In my two years of living in these apartments, I was held up at gunpoint walking into my building only 2 months in, there was a 24 hour police stake out of one of the buildings adjacent to mine where they put off tear gas to try to get the gunman out of the building around 4 am, a neighbor moved in next door who was clearly doing illegal things because the police woke me up at 1 am banging on my door asking about him. As I was moving, the glass door to my apartment building had a bullet hole in it and shattered glass that was held together with duct tape. This is not a safe place to live and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

DO NOT RENT!! This has been a two-year odyssey and even though we gave 30 days’ notice, they require 45 days, even when your lease is ending (notice on Jun 1 for Jun 30 departure). Ohio Revised Code Section 5321.17 states that no less than 30 days’ notice must be given. Maintenance is iffy - the refrigerator leaked water and was never fixed. Tenants in the building were not always properly screened - leading to drug dealers on the premises (police knocked on door at 1 am asking about the neighbor). My daughter stopped an armed robbery outside the entrance to her building through quick thinking. Stay AWAY!!

I rented from Westview North for a year with a cosigner because my credit wasn’t great. I was told when I signed my lease. That I would be able to lease another year without a cosigner. But when I went to sign a new lease, I was told that I still had to have one. I paid my rent before it was due every month except for one month because my father died and I had to help people with the funeral . So beware of what people say make sure you have it in writing.

DO NOT SUBMIT AN APPLICATION. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.I was told my application would take 7-10 business days to complete. This was a lie. Westview North Apartments took two and a half weeks after my submission to finally process my application (despite my constant follow up phone calls to the leasing office), only to request additional documentation -- documentation they SHOULD HAVE requested two and a half weeks prior! In the meantime, I was completely RUGPULLED because the unit I wanted was no longer available, and the date I could move in was pushed back by WEEKS, all due to their inability to process an application within a timely manner.Don't even waste your time with this apartment complex.Edit per Westview's response: Your leasing office did contact me requesting pay stubs two days after my application submission, at which point you were informed I am self-employed and you were provided my bank statements in lieu of pay stubs. You did NOT request anything additional at this time.Over the next two weeks I tried TOOTH AND NAIL to get my application moving. I checked my phone history -- I called your leasing office TEN TIMES following up on my application, and was told every single time "we're still waiting to hear back from the operations manager." The many times I asked if there was absolutely anything I could do to expedite the process I was told "no" flat out.You dragged your feet and did not request "local proof of income" until two and a half weeks after my application submission, at which point I had already been forced to find an alternative living situation. The fact that you do not accept accountability and try to pin this on me to save face, suggesting I'm the reason your office could not process my application within a timely manner, is downright shameful and speaks volumes about your integrity.
