Very poor customer service in pharmacy. Just today my experience of this Walgreens pharmacy overseen by Meghan I came to pick up a prescription and they only help one car at a time even though there are two lines. My line rang for a long time and was purposefully ignored for unknown reason with the car getting rang multiple different times. When I was finally helped the pharmacy technician was very condescending and after giving her my address she asked if I was sure even though it was the right address. She then purposefully put my medicine so that it fell out when I opened the canister. She left the window before I even got the medicine and didn’t ask if I had questions. I had to call and requested the pharmacist. I was sent to a line that rang for 5 minutes and didn’t lead to any person answering. I called again and the pharmacist answered my call and was able to answer my question. Horrible pharmacy management.

I came to take a photo and asked for an electronic version, they don't send it to e-mail, everything is on a flash drive, people, we live in the modern world, the photos themselves are not high-quality, everything is blurred and not clear, only shadows are visible on it, which should not be $40 just in the trash

Literally the worst service I’ve ever received at a Walgreens in my life??? I ordered photos here for them to tell me they’d be ready in 25 minutes for me to get here and overhear them talking about how their photo machine has been broken since yesterday? I drove 40 minutes to get to this location after calling 5 different places. Just crazy honestly.

Horrible... they lose your prescriptions. When you call, because your blood pressure is close to stroke levels and you want to know where your medicine is because it's a week late they hang up on you and send you to an automated line that isn't overseen by a human. Thank you for your concern. My blood pressure will stay at 200 over 100 while you figure out your business. Hopefully my kids understand. I'll be taking my business to giant eagle. I'm told they care if their patients live or die!

Went online and set vaccine appointment. Appointment was supposed to be at 11:50, arrived at 11:47. Appointments on-line were showing 10 min increments. Had to wait over 30 minutes before they got me for the vaccine. Pharmacist is very nice just don't expect to get in and out on time

Went to get an emergency refill for an asthma attack saw the signs that the pharmacy was closed I asked what was going on the cashiers told me it was due to unexpected inventory… this is unacceptable… the person I take care of was actively having an asthma attack I needed that medication other people needs their medications too. To shut down a pharmacy every week and a different excuse every time is so wrong. This company is wrong but this company doesn’t care.
