Made an appointment. Showed up. Store is locked up and lights off? Called the store and got sent to corporate, they don’t know why the store is locked up…. Soo I left? Guess I have to buy a new phone at best buy or something…

Tyler rocks. Give that man a raise. It took 4.5 hrs to get my business phone setup but that wasn't his fault. Verizon business is ridiculous to get through setting up a new phone but I already knew that. Not only that, but Tyler also has to deal with the jerk next door who yells at the top of his lungs all day every day at Domino's. If I owned that store, I'd talk to property management or I'd just call the cops on the unruly neighbor, or just go over there and see if wants his attitude fixed proper like. It impacts the store greatly and if I didn't desperately need a phone, I would have left due to the maniac screaming "you're fired!!!", over and over and over next door at Domino's. Take care of that guy so your business isn't totally ruined.

Tyler was so helpful and patient with me. I had a very old phone that was not working anymore. He found the best plan for me and helped me figure out the new phone. He went above and beyond to make sure everything transferred over for me. Since the phone wasn’t working right there was a lot he had to do. Thanks Tyler

I recently had an infuriating encounter with a Verizon representative that left me utterly frustrated and disappointed with the company's customer service. The level of incompetency and lack of knowledge displayed during our interaction was absolutely shocking. Furthermore, the representative's communication skills were abysmal. They struggled to articulate their thoughts, often pausing mid-sentence as if searching for the right words. This only added to my frustration and wasted valuable time.After go to different Verizon location in Parma all my issue was resolved.

Do not go to this Verizon, I have been here since 10am(which they’re supposed to open at on Saturday’s) and it is now 11:06 as I write this and they haven’t even unlocked the doors! There has been 2 people in store for 30 minutes just sitting in the back ignoring phone calls and even the doorbell! This is a ridiculous waste of time. They even came out to the floor and still continued to ignore us past 11 o’clock. What type of business is this? Who is the manager and why’re they allowing their employees to open the door whenever they please and ignore customers? Awful experience.
