So happy I chose vans instead of going to a dealer the price was phenomenal for the service I received! TORIO SONEGO was the first person I saw he was knowledgeable. He was polite. He made sure everything was taken care of. I will be using vans from now on and I've already spread the word to people. What great service I received. Lol Torio is a keeper!

A huge thank George and the team at Vans. They got me safe on the road again amd helped me with a ride home and picked me up to get my car! I've also been bringing my husbands car here for YEARS, and they always work their magic and somehow miraculously get him going again. Thanks guys!

This place is the best! George, the owner, is so personable and funny. Every time I call or go into the location, I am always impressed with how cheerful and genuinely happy they seem to be working there. This means a lot to me. George is always more than willing to work with me to get everything done at the most affordable price possible. They ensure they are thorough, they honor the little things like fixing a tire they installed when it got a screw in it, and they send detailed reports with pictures right to my phone. We take our vehicles here for everything now and are happy to do so. I feel blessed to have found a trustworthy source for any and all mechanical work. As a woman, it means the world to me to walk in and get the exact same treatment and respect as any male customer. Thank you for being amazing!

Went to Vans Tire Pros for an online appointment I made for an alignment and wheel balance on my Chevy truck. The gentlemen I spoke with to get started was very informative and had answers for all my questions. Waited in the waiting area with some complimentary coffee. When the service was complete the owner of the shop, George Lattimer, came and spoke with me and explained the work they did and answered all my questions. This was my second visit to Vans Tire Pros of Parma. They are very personal with their customers which makes for a great service interaction unlike what I have had at other shops. I will be a returning customer for sure and highly recommend this shop!

Great services with great experience. I started with my fleet trucks here, now I bring my personal vehicles here. I even travel four (4) hours to bring them here for the great service. You need to be able to trust who works on your vehicles, this is the place.

My daughter recently had work done here and recommended this place she told me that the people here were very friendly and professional and how pleased she was with their work. So I decided to give them a shot and im so glad I did. She was absolutely right about their friendliness they were very pleasant to do business with. They took care of my brakes and other needs in a very timely manner and George the manager went out of his way to make me feel very welcomed and even came and picked me up from my house because I had no other way to pick up my car after the repairs were done. I definitely recommend this place if you want reliable friendly service with out any BS this is the place. Great work guys and thanks again George I will definitely be back.
