What a difference I found since it is under new management! Went in today with returns for Amazon and did not notice that one needed to be packed in box. I had a box, but in the past I was told to buy tape to seal up the one box. To my pleasant surprise, Gary and the other worker said that since I had a box and it was only 1 piece of tape they would be happy to seal it up for me. This is a change and something the new management is trying to turn around. Nice job! Great Customer service! It was a small item and I had a small box with me, so happy to have had this service today!

Very dissatisfied FedEx customer who found Sherry & Johanna at The UPS Store in Seven Hills to be focused on customer service, friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I greatly appreciate their going the extra mile on a Friday evening to ensure my box of books were shipped out efficiently and professionally. Thank you both for your efforts and attention. I have been here several times and each time I come I hope that Johanna is not working. Today is the last day that I go to this location.
The customer service is so poor. Johanna and Dulce are rude, not personable, and not helpful.
Also, UPS is an absolute joke with their fees. $4 to print a label on a regular sheet of paper. $15 to send a package less than 1lb.
I would give this location 0 stars if I could, the customer service is that awful.

We rent a box for mail and delivery’s and have done so for the past 3yrs. While considering a change to another location due to very poor customer service, we discover it’s now under new management. Sam and his staff have been great! They understand what good customer service should be. We’re glad we won’t need to change locations.

I found out that the store is under new ownership and management. Sam the owner is such a nice person and his staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful! I highly recommend this location!! Thanks everyone for being so nice and helpful.

I noticed this location had a significant amount of bad reviews. Regardless, I still went and immediately experienced exactly why they have so many negative reviews.
I was there to return an Amazon package that was packaged and ready to go. They only needed to scan a QR code. To which the employee stated the packaging wasn’t good enough. Even though that’s what Amazon shipped the item in. Then proceeded to try and charge me for the item to be repackaged.
When I stated I would be not paying to ship a return that should be free, she became rude. I left with my package, went to another UPS location up the road and had no issues. This location needs to do a lot better with customer service. I won’t be returning here.

Today, I was assisted by Dulce getting some documents notarized. Not only an Ohio Notary, she is also a Florida Notary which I
needed .Dulce was very helpful and friendly and she also packed up my documents for shipment. Great service !!

The fist time I used this location, I was quoted a price for 3 day delivery only to find out later there was a lower price if ground delivery was used but I was not offered that service. I found out later that the person who waited on me was the owner. I then discovered the online UPS shipping estimator and that showed me that this location routinely added $3.00 to the estimators pricing. When I started using the AARP discount, they started adding approximately $5.00 to the discounted price. On top of that the owner and employees are rude. I've stared to use the UPS store in Garfield Heights located in the same shopping area as Marc's. They use the shipping estimator price and are always friendly.
