As soon as I walked in I was greeted and helped instantly on my big order I had no clue where to find a single thing I didn't even say that the lady jus started helping and 2 things she couldn't find two more employees jumped right in and helped right away..also store was very busy...Best customer service/experience I've ever had!!! Thankyou very much!!!

As I have seen in previous reviews, if you are a person of color you will not get customer service here. This is so true! It’s a shame because I really love Ulta and I’ve been shopping whether online or in person for years. My best friend decided to treat me for my birthday and take me shopping. As soon as we walked in, no greeting. The employee definitely saw us because we were looking at each other. We walked around picking up things for about a hour. Not one person asked us if we needed help. We then got to the perfume section in which I had to find an employee to ask a question. She answered and then walked away. Didn’t ask if we wanted the perfume out the case or anything. Another employee passed us without a word and then decided to say very loudly that she just wants to go home. Literally 5 employees and not one said anything to us! At this point I was just so annoyed that me and my friend just decided to put all the stuff down and leave the store. We had well over $300 worth of items but I refuse to give this location any kind of money. Btw there was another person of color who had to ask us for help to match her foundation because the employees wouldn’t come over to see if she needed help. And the other customers who were not of color, they were definitely greeted and even an employee was walking around with them joking and making small talk. This was such a horrible experience and I will not be returning.

The store is usually clean and organized. It is annoying to have to squeeze by displays that are in the middle of the aisle (toward the front, too, so everyone gets bottlenecked in that section), but whatever, I can deal with that. What I find ridiculous, especially as someone that worked retail for 8 years, is associates talking to each other on the floor, over customers, aisles across from each other, about PERSONAL things. Why am I a part of your dinner ordering decision? Why do I need to know that you are debating what size of fries to buy as I'm smelling the perfumes? They're practically shouting across the store to each other. This has happened twice now, which makes me think it's a training issue (I don't think this is exclusive to Ulta; I think retail training has declined rapidly across the industry). You have walkies for a reason! The reason is for customer assistance, but if you must discuss your dinner order or personal topics, use the walkies! Your loud conversations amongst the customers are impacting the shopping experience of said customers. At the end of the day, I was greeted, found what I needed, checked in on, and had a smooth checkout. I will continue to shop at this location, as this is a relatively small issue and not super impactful in terms of my decision making. However, it is annoying and could be a good thing to work on!

Justin has been my hair dresser for almost 15 years! I thought I lost him when Penney’s closed. Then my neighbor was talking about her hair dresser. Told her sounds like my Justin. Lo and behold it was him!

Booked a partial hi lite with Tatiana, she did a phenomenal job. She took her time and was able to get my hilites just right, I bought a sample of my hair extensions and she was able to tone my hair to match PERFECTLY. Great job by Tatiana.

If you are a person of color, please take your business elsewhere. I've frequently shopped here and each time I watch as the sales associates greet everyone else but me. When I brought this to the managers attention, she apologized for the behavior of the staff and offered me a free gift, but the only acceptable gift is changed behavior. Do better! If you go through the reviews, you’ll see other people sharing the same sentiment, so clearly this is a pattern with this location.

I went here to buy my cologne, Sauvage, by Dior. I bought the 3.4 fluid oz. It was only $120.00 plus tax.

Greeted at door by a rep...genuinely helpful? we were able to find most products in stock...even the "trendy" Drunk Elephant" line. Great selection and walked out with a hull of products including a wonderful smelling watermelon hand sanitizer???

Yesterday was my third time coming to this Ulta location and it’s literally been the same experience all three times! Walked through the door and said “hello” but no one spoke back, I walked in circles looking for a particular perfume and no one asked me if I needed help or was looking for a certain item even though I locked eyes with associates as they walked past me!! The atmosphere is not a “comfortable/friendly” it’s more like a “get what you need and get the hell out”!! This has happened ALL THREE TIMES that I’ve shopped at this location. Maybe your experience is or could be different from mine, maybe it’ll be be a better experience for you if you have the right skin complexion.. Idk but I won’t be shopping at this location in particular ever again. If it bothers/irritates you to be courteous to your customers then DON’T work in retail.

I was having such a hard time finding the right makeup and coverage, until I met Francesca at Ulta. What a great person. I left happier than I ever expected. I will always go back to this location. I'm so very greatful.
