I always have a nice experience when visiting this facility. Even when the line is long, I am out the door in 30 min when it seemed it might be a longer wait.

Please note: HOURS ON GOOGLE ARE WRONG!! This is NOT the staffs fault! Check the UH site for the actual hours!!!Went to this location today to have blood work done. Staff was professional and friendly. I was able to walk in, have my blood work done and leave within 15 minutes. Experience was quick and easy.

After multiple visits - Wait times are excessive (about an hour) and most of the workers behind the counter who, I guess, register you take their good ole time and have the personality of a doorknob. You can go to the UH lab in Westlake, about two fewer patients in the waiting room, and be out in 15 or 20 minutes.
