“well priced compared to other shops in the area besides the Walmart car center, but nobody should go there anyways.
my only complaint is; I brought a car in at a scheduled time but was told that my car would sit until next available mechanic so scheduling is a bit vague, don't expect to get your car in, done and out in an hour, expect to drop it off and have to go pick it up.
Not a major complaint though, good service, good staff.
Wheels were torqued to spec mostly, one lug nut was a bit under torqued”

“First time there. Dealt with Mark, he was super friendly and honest. I had to have my car back by a certain time (which I mentioned in passing a few days before I actually took my car there) and not only did he make sure it was done in time, he even remembered the reason why, from I first conversation. They didn’t try to upsell me like a lot of garages will do. I needed four new tires and an oil change and it was actually pretty cheap in my opinion. We needed a new garage to go to since we moved last year and I can honestly say I will be using Parma Tire moving forward. Highly recommended!”
“These guys are very good at what they do. They wrote me a detailed summary of their findings and did a good job of giving me my options. I would definitely recommend them. Although they are not the cheapest price in town as the saying goes you get what you pay for, and with these guys you’re paying for people who know what they are doing! “An honest shop run by an honest guy with skillful techs. George was great about explaining issues, didn't try to upsell me on anything, and went above and beyond to not only ensure that my car was safe to drive, but also that my expectations were met and so was the value of my dollar. Watching him interact with other customers and his techs solidified for me that this was a shop I could feel comfortable bringing my car to. As a woman, that's a really big deal. IYKYK. It was clear that transparency and service were at the core of this establishment, and that's really refreshing in this day and age. I'm so glad that I came across a shop that I can trust!!”
