We had a great experience here. Shopping for a new couch is almost as stressful as house shopping. We went to 5 places before here and 2 more after. We ended up buying a sectional from Cleveland Furniture Company. The delivery scheduling, and actual delivery and assembly, was painless and phenomenal. Although the prices online are a little lower, it was worth the personal service, being able to actually see the pieces, and knowing EXACTLY what we'd be getting.100% recommended.

I'm completely disappointed. The lady who sold me the mattress told me the warranty was for life and that if within 6 months I called, they would either return the mattress or refund my money without questions. Now, when I called, it turns out that's not the case. She tells me the mattress only has a 30-day warranty for a refund, and if I want a new mattress, I have to send a photo of the mattress and pay $99. I won't do business with you again. Totally disappointed.

Pete, we can't thank you enough for helping us find our new couch! We gave you our price range and you were able to help us find something that exceeded our expectations. We will continue to visit for all our furniture needs, as every piece we have bought since buying our home a few years ago has been high quality at budget friendly prices.The staff is so friendly from the moment you walk in, but happy to let you roam until you find what you're interested in. No high pressure sales, just high quality items that have made our house into our home.

My experience here was wonderful. Not only did Mike go out of his way to help us, but he was also super patient and kind while working with us. I went to buy a loft bed; in prior experiences with other companies, they would shut me down right away. But Mike gave us all our options, expensive and cheap, and was always willing to tell us his honest opinion. Me and my mom will definitely be coming back again!

We bought a custom order couch from the Twinsburg location and picked it up and had an issue with one of the sectional pieces. When we contacted Cleveland Furniture Company they were extremely helpful and ordered us a new piece immediately. The new piece just got delivered today and not only is the couch beautiful, but they provided us with exceptional customer service along the way and we could not be happier about the experience overall. Thank you to Amanda on the customer support team for all of your help. Definitely recommend Cleveland Furniture Company if you're in the market for new furniture.

I just had to refurnish my whole condo so i came to the Cleveland furniture company factory outlet. Let me tell you Marty went above and beyond to hook me up, he ended up saving me thousands compared to other stores. This will always be my go 2 place for new high end fair priced furniture. addendum: 5/3/23My bed was replaced and the home installer did an amazing job.I only am giving them 2 stars Due to the management calling me insistingly harassing me threatening only “to make this right if i took the review down”. I have all the calls recorded ❤️Ordered a $1300+ bed and upon installation the bed was broken. The only thing they could offer me was my delivery and installation back. Did i also mention they scratched my wood floor? I am in the process of having them take back the furniture and having to take another day off of work. I would not recommend them at all.

Terrible establishment My daughter bought a bed frame for 1100 dollars and the on top of that 175 delivery and construction This is NOT INCLUDING A MATTRESS OR BOX SPRINGS. Do not buy from here Clearly not an outlet! They rip off young women. Hopefully they can sleep at night. Furniture is competitive and if I can save someone from getting ripped off, mission accomplished!
