???? Nothing special about this Target. It's actually one of the more understocked, unclean Target/Starbucks I've encountered. The waiting area in the Starbucks needs major TLC. Hard to find employees on the floor when needed.
Still fulfills my Target needs & wants for the most part! My daughter LOVES their toy section!

Probably the worst restroom facility around. And the store is outdated, no Ulta. It's a hit or miss at this location.

Called parma location since strongsville was not answering.
I rang and called 11 times..every dept.
Electronics was the only one that answered. I asked if they were open and switch me to guest services which they did
.they never answered
Are you that shirt handed that nobody can answer a phone?
Yet when I gonip n to the register to pay
.the clerk is on their cell phone and doesn't even greet you.

Until this issue is resolved, I have to leave this review up. I’ve been on a wild goose chase for a month trying to get a refund for a botched online order. I went to this store to initiate the refund process, returning the item and being told it’d be handled. Two weeks later, there is no refund or update. I go to the social media team. They tell me to call the Target+ number. I get told I have to drive all the way back to the store to get the proper number bc someone there botched the refunding process and didn’t give me a receipt. I feel really cheated right now, not getting what I ordered and then returning the item properly just to not get my money back. This situation is unacceptable.

Went there multiple times now, the toy section has a tall, chunky bald man with red facial hair that works in the area that refuses to help, aide or give any type or assistance too. The last few times I’ve been, he’s always seen gossiping with other employees or standing over them as they do their jobs and never actually doing his, nor is he willing to do his job. When asked to speak with a manager to actually receive the help we needed he then refused to seek a manager for us. He doesn’t wear a name tag, I’m assuming so that he continue being a lazy, incompetent prick. I’d suggest hiring more accommodating employees to represent your company. Btw, he’s the only employee of that store that I’ve ever had any issues with, turns out I’m not the only one either!

Target is still my favorite store, but it is becoming less and less pleasant to shop there these days. There are carts blocking the already narrow aisles loaded with merchandise and stockers all over the place which also create an inconvenience for shoppers looking for items. The radios can also be annoying to hear while shopping! The checkout experience is also getting to be more of a hassle with the lack of cashiers. It's definitely not the same experience anymore ?.

If I could give a zero I would. This Target store on Ridge Road in Parma, Oh. is horrible when it comes to all departments. Online orders as well as pick up and drive up. I don't recommend wasting your time with this store unless you plan on being frustrated. Too many times I've had problems but never again will I waste my time.

Just about the messiest Target as I've ever seen. Starting with the garbage can outside that was overflowing and trash on the ground to when you first walk in the store now there's pallets of pop in your way. Go down the main aisle and there's multiple pallets and shelves of disorganized merchandis. It's just to hard to get around now. Target was always known for being clean and organized. I know this is getting to be the holiday season but I'll drive to other stores. They are getting to to look like Walmart.
