If I could give a zero I would. This Target store on Ridge Road in Parma, Oh. is horrible when it comes to all departments. Online orders as well as pick up and drive up. I don't recommend wasting your time with this store unless you plan on being frustrated. Too many times I've had problems but never again will I waste my time.

Disappointed today. Went there for a guardians t shirt. Saw it online, it did say limited stock but they didn't have any.

I was not a big Target guy with some of the recent questionable clothing lines, but they did right that, IMO. Went their for the cell phone plans and met DeShaun in electronics! He knew in detail the specific pros/cons to each plan I was stunned cause my wife won't shop w me as I ask many questions, but DeShawn is able to give the details! Was well worth my time. Other staff (Dennis) were v. helpful. The store is busy for a reason, I will visit again.

Just about the messiest Target as I've ever seen. Starting with the garbage can outside that was overflowing and trash on the ground to when you first walk in the store now there's pallets of pop in your way. Go down the main aisle and there's multiple pallets and shelves of disorganized merchandis. It's just to hard to get around now. Target was always known for being clean and organized. I know this is getting to be the holiday season but I'll drive to other stores. They are getting to to look like Walmart.

Starbucks inside with clean, well stocked shelves. The long lines do not serve well. There needs to be more cashiers.

wow, where do i start. me and my dear friend carly were just testing out a football that we were once interested in buying. Then we decided to not get the football. then while i was curling 20 pounds, i get bombarded by a target employee. i then proceed to smash my pinky with the weight becuase of how startled i got. when i turned around i saw two security guards.. then the worker proceeded to say "stop throwing balls". wow, so then i went to go get my friend olivia and then we checkout. i got my starbucks then we were waiting for our ride to come scoop us up. while we were waiting the security guard kept looking and us and talking smack about us to his coworkers. his coworker then began to point and wave at us. i didn't take this lightly. i then proceeded to leave the store in awe. needless to say i am never going back. target is the start of something bad! please get new security and workers!

So recently, I went to target to do my usual car pick up but they forgot Vegan cookies and the non-GMO bread. When she when up to the window she knocked viciously. i was so scared. i peed myself a bit. After that she asks for my code, I gave it to then she load all my stuff into the back. She whipped open my trunk. I was startled. Then I had to go back inside to get my vegan cookies and should I mention I added four packages of them, plus my non-GMO bread. So I had to go inside and get 4 vegan cookies packages with no help! I diddo not know where they are at all! The workers look at me like I was crazy. Such a let down. Will be going to Walmart.

Good customer service for purchases and returns - every staff in the store is helpful and kind- I got a good deal on vitamins the other day - will be stopping by soon to get some condiments and tea - and maybe more vitamins :)

So far I've had a great experience every time at this location. Great selection of home decor which has been my primary reason for visiting. Dawn at the customer service counter is always so friendly and helpful.
