This company will not stop harassing me! I requested a moving quote online and got a phone call to follow up. I wasn't happy with the price so I told them no thank you. NOW THEY CALL ME FIVE TIMES A DAY EVERY SINGLE DAY! I have answered and asked them to stop calling me, they texted me and I asked them to stop and now they're also emailing me on top of still calling me! LEAVE ME ALONE! I have read all these horrible reviews and the price is outrageous, just stop harassing me! One more day of this and I'm calling the BBB and reporting for harassment.

Movers were late. I was told between 8 and 9:15, and they came at 11:15. I also had to contact THEM to find out where they were. I was never offered any sort of discount for wasting my entire morning. I was also overcharged, I got charged for an hour of travel time and 2.5 hours of labor, even though one hour of the labor was the travel time. They also had "hidden" charges of packing materials and fuel, when in a previous phone call to set it up I had asked about additional charges and they said there were none. I was also rushed through the signing process, and the gentlemen would get annoyed when I would want to pause to read something or ask a question.

All My Sons cancelled our move on us within the hour they were supposed to arrive. We have never experienced such unprofessional services. Do yourself a favor and call anyone else. We called Mount Up Moving in Cleveland and they were able to help us the day of our move. Thank goodness because we already scheduled the day off work and were sitting waiting for our movers. We could not reschedule our move day. All My Sons are liars and are as unethical as a business could be. If you're looking for drama on your move day, call them. If you're looking for a smooth and reliable company, call elsewhere. I'd give this company a 0 star if I could since that's obviously what they deserve after leaving us high and dry without a single apology.

To start off, they cancelled on us the morning we scheduled them to move. They gave us a $300 discount which isn't that much when you cancel on people who are moving 2 hours away and had this planned with the company WITH a security deposit for 3 weeks. Then the moving day they wouldn't take a lot of stuff - linen that goes on beds, speakers, etc. I had move all that stuff by my self into my car and it was full! They took the TVs and just unplugged them and left the power cords at the old house! Then, when they unloaded, they only set up my bedrooms and they set up our bed frame wrong. Didn't set up anything else, left my living room scattered and my patio chairs still stacked, not asking where i want them. They saw me carrying stuff to and from my car and other things and didn't intervene or offer to take over... I felt like part of the crew basically! I'll never hire them again. Then at the end they basically asked for a tip. Inappropriate.

One of their trucks rolled a stop sign and cut me off today. If I hadn't slammed on my breaks I would have hit them. A mile down the road they almost rear-ended a car. Beware of these inconsiderate people.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. The entire experience was absolutely awful. It started with them being and hour and 15 minutes late to come and start the move. I was told they would arrive at 8:30am and they did not show up until a little after 9:45am. Moving is already stressful and I had other things to do and handle this day as well. I was so stressed out and annoyed but I tried to let it go. Secondly at the time I lived on the third floor with no elevator. I made that VERY CLEAR when booking to let the movers know because it is not an easy move and it is extra exhausting. Within 5 minutes it was complaining. I also tried to let this go... After getting there late they decided that to park in the small back lot (with the 26 foot truck) that they would back up over the curb at CVS and back into the building lot... (more on this shortly) so after moving from 10am until 1:30pm mind you this is a 1 bedroom apartment with honestly not too much to move everything was loaded they went to get in the truck and told me constantly that they could not get out. That we would have to wait, etc. I had the ATT guy coming to set up everything figuring ya know everything would go smooth. I had to call my Fiance and he had to leave work early in order to help with that side at our new place. AFTER WAITING OVER AN HOUR...YEAH AN HOUR... someone in the group finally took charge and got the truck out mind you I was supposed to pay hourly and for gas. I called the manager and thankfully got the time off but still how upsetting. I am a pretty strong person but making me on the point of tears is unacceptable. Once arriving and finally getting to unloading everything it was constant questions of where to put the boxes even though THEY WERE ALL LABELED OF WHAT ROOM TO GO INTO AND WHAT WAS IN THE BOX. It was extremely annoying that I couldn't handle the other things around me that I needed to do. Finally at the end of the day AKA 6:45pm the terrible experience was over. When talking to the manager the 'clock' was stopped at 4 so I didn't pay for the last almost 2 hours, but truly it was just a terrible experience. I still had to pay for the gas and we ended up paying over 1,100 dollars for AN AWFUL experience. NEVER again would I go here. I would rather move the boxes by hand and walk them to the new destination then deal with this again. OH.... and the kicker is the one guy was smoking his cigarettes and then decided to walk into the moving truck while doing so. My fiance and I are not smokers this was just beyond upsetting. That is all.

The 3 person crew arrived when expected however did not work as a team so no synergy was gained. The extra fee for the third person turned into a cost, not an advantage I would actively choose another mover. The ops manager did a good job to reduce the number of my fees due to the team's inefficiency, however, they were less the explicit about all the charges, the 10% fuel charge is really at 10% bonus in their pocket and applies to everything including the supplies. Caveat Emptor.

The crew arrived when expected, listened do my wishes, packed and shrink wrapped everything, loaded, moved me 4 miles, unloaded, set-up, and cleaned up in TWO hours. They worked continually and diligently the entire time. The crew was very personable and showed their knowledge and experience. Greg, the scheduler, checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly. If I could rate higher than 5-Stars, I would.

Liars, Shady, just some of how I feel dealing with this company. And as for the two young, inexperienced guys that it took the most ridiculous amount of time to move a 1 bedroom apartment ( that was on the 1st floor) 3.9 miles away , ughhhh a disgusting shame !!!!!! I packed everything myself, today, I go back to the 950sq foot apartment and make 2-4 trips myself to finish what I overpaid movers to do ! I cannot believe this happened to me. A review reading, budget minded, read everything 1st ( oh that's right, they never gave me anything till I got a call stating that they are not to remove anything from the truck till they get they get there payment in full ) Photos to come, with a nicked dresser, scratched floor and what the old apt looks like a day after my move . That's right, I have to finish moving

We hired these movers last year to move from Fairlawn to Tremont, and we had a very negative experience. The company had estimated that our move would take 3-4 hours, and it ended up taking close to 6. They charge by the hour, so our final cost was extremely high. Our final cost ended up being almost double what we were quoted. We had 3 movers, 2 of whom were extremely unprofessional towards us and spent most of their time at the truck smoking and making phone calls. They complained to us several times that our apartment was on the third floor with no elevator (we had provided this information ahead of time, and obviously, this should not be a problem for a professional moving company). Additionally, when moving the furniture into our new house, my dresser was broken. The company had told us to keep clothing in the drawers, and although the movers were aware that there were clothes inside, they attempted to move the dresser with the drawers still inside of it on a dolly. It broke immediately from mishandling. We complained to the company regarding the low quality service, improper quote, and broken furniture, and we were not given an apology or any compensation aside from the "particle board" rate for the dresser, which barely covered even a third of the cost of what I paid for it. We will absolutely not be using these movers again, and we urge fellow Cleveland residents to choose a different company.

Literally the worst company in Northeast Ohio. Highly recommend never using this company or ever dealing with the "operations manager" named Drew...He literally cancelled my move with out verbally confirming with me over the phone and specifically stated numerous times that I (the customer) messed the situation up and was at fault. Drew was a very unpleasant person to deal with and no person going through a move should EVER be taken care of by him or have to be insulted by him. In all seriousness do yourself a favor and do not use or EVER recommend this company. Please use Champion Moving (they came 2 hours after ALL MY SONS cancelled on me w/out notice).

Before the movers have even shown up I'm complaining. They were supposed to be here Friday. We were the second ones for the day. About 1pm we called to verify the time. They said oh they didn't realize how much stuff the people had. They tell us about 330 or 4 they'll be here. So after being up all day and night bc we work third shift we said ok whatever, at least they're coming right? Wrong. They call at 330 saying they can't come and that the next available time was Tuesday. 4 days later!!!! We called back and said that's unacceptable bc we need to be out of the house by Monday! So they called back and said they apologize this happened, they'll take off 14% of something, and they'll be here first thing Monday morning. Well its Monday morning and they just called. Said people called off and they're short and still have to move the rest of the stuff from the day before. So again we just got bumped. They claim they'll be here at 12. So we shall see. This will be the last time we use these movers. They didn't even have the decency to call us yesterday just to give us a friendly warning of everything. Honestly if they called last night and gave us a heads up, we would still be pissed but more understanding. I'll be making another review when and if they show up though. Alright so they showed up. Never called to tell us they were on their way. Whatever. They come in talk. First the price was wrong. 169 an hour instead of 149. Got that fixed and they start wrapping stands up with blankets and moving stuff. Get to the other house and the guy shows me the tablet with the bill. Not once when we called in the first place did they say there was labor and supply costs and also 100 dollars for when they leave. So you pay 100 when they come and another 100 when they leave. The guys on the phone were so rude and inconsiderate. The movers themselves were phenomenal though. Although they never asked if we wanted anything wrapped they just assumed, so that was 80 dollars for 4 rolls of tape and to wrap a few things. We will never use this company again. I'd hire the movers in their own, but f*** that company and the greedy assholes that neglected to tell the whole price breakdown. Never gave us an estimate so we would have been prepared either.

Used All My Sons in July 2017, and I have never had a worse move. I had booked them 2 months in advance for my move and was given a very large time to expect them (12-6pm). The morning of the scheduled move, I got a call that because there were storms the night before and they had experienced flooding in their warehouse - however, "my move would be slightly delayed but I could still expect the truck to arrive in my scheduled window." I then kept getting calls from Drew to say that the truck would be later but I could rest assured knowing that it would arrive by 6 pm. At 5:45 pm I got a call that my move would not be happening and that the Drew was personally going to ensure my move would be the next morning. Luckily, I wasn't in a bind and didn't have to be out of my home that day. The next morning, I had 3 of the slowest movers of my life and my family and friends ended up moving a majority of my belongings into the truck. At the end of the day, I ended up paying almost double for a move that didn't happen on my schedule. Never, ever, book All My Sons Moving - at their rate and pace, you're better to just do it yourself.

Horrible experience, unreliable company- I would never recommend to anyone. On April 26, 2018, 4 workers showed up without tools to disassemble my furniture and boxes to pack my stuff. They told me they were not informed that they need tools and packing materials and have to go back to warehouse. They promised be back in one hour and bring back boxes and tools that they had forgot. It was the last time have seen anyone from this horrible company. No-one came back. I've sold my house and relocated out of state. I needed to move a 4 bedroom house with a very expensive Scandinavian furniture in 3 days and vacate the property. I've planed this trip for months with the company's estimator- project manager Tim Koches. However, when was the time to move and pack and disassemble furniture everyone disappeared. Three hours latter called operations manager Drew, he told that there was a confusion and he let his workers home. I called the corporate office, But they told me that the local office is responsible. I lost all my stuff and 1 month later I can not reach neither operations manager Drew nor Tim Koches. When I explained that the house was sold and it has to be vacant in three days, the estimation and the project manager Tim Koches told me it's out of his hand and never return my calls. At this point, since there are no responsible parties, I will let my lawyer to handle it and will take this company to court.
