I will say this review isn’t in regard to their gasoline or customer service. Everyone seems super friendly here. The problem was while on my way back out to my car, there was water dripping from the roof overhang that is above the pumps to protect you from precipitation and whatnot while you pump gas…well, a TON of water dripped onto me, and not just regular water but dirty, brownish smelly water….likely riddled with bacteria. Literally all over my white coat. Luckily, it’s not a fancy white coat and I wash it about once a week anyway; it’s just the point that HAD it been my NICE white coat I would be pretty ticked off. They need to come up with some sort of drainage system or gutters for this nasty water. I’ve had plenty of water drop on me at various gas stations; it happens, whatever. But never has it been brown and foul-smelling like it was here. It’s surely enough for me to go out of my way to a diff gas station

Horrible experience. I have to type my EBT card manually and the white lady working the register literally argued with me about having an expiration date when I told her EBT cards have no expectation date. Then got mad when she had to void the sale cause she didn’t understand

The gas here is always the highest in Parma. The beer cigarettes and pop are also the highest in Parma. It is my opinion that the owner of this gas station nickel and dimes customers to death to make a profit. I will never spend another dime in this store. I've been to a lot of gas stations that are overpriced but I swear this is the worst one. Also be prepared to bring a debit or credit card with you because it's an hour and a half before they close and he's counting money and says that I have to pay with acard. That's the straw that broke the camel's back. I would give this gas station 0 stars if I could.

Recently visited the Sunoco gas station on broad view road off grant wood and was treated very poorly by “Nicole” the manager” on duty. Was told to leave for no apparent reason at all. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone very poor customer service. Will be contacting Sunoco Corp about this visit! Thanks nicole

I had a bad experience and spoke with the owner. I appreciated him taking the time to listen to my concerns. I will go back. Honestly, one of the best gas stations on Broadview.

scammed on oil change. paid $64 to get a synthetic oil change. afterwards I checked the dipstick. The oil was dirty. I took it back to them and they insisted that they did it. So, I took it somewhere else to have another oil change. The tech said that the oil definitely wasn't new. He said it was burnt.

Have been taking my cars to Jan & Joe for years. They are great guys, always friendly and they don't try to sell you on parts that you don't need. I will continue taking my cars to them!

Jan's Sunoco is the only place in town I take my vehicles. Joe is all about customer service and the entire staff is friendly and accommodating. I refer all my family and friends and will continue to do so. Thanks guys. You're the best.
