I have never used a laundromat. After being without power for 3 days, I needed to do laundry. I had been mid load when the power went out. I figured I would be there for a few hours. I had no idea what I was doing. I just knew they took credit cards. I walked in with one hamper and asked the lady at the desk what I was supposed to do. She was very kind and walked me through it. I was able to wash and dry 6 loads of laundry in under an hour. 10/10 will gladly come back.
OH! They also have laundry soap and laundry bags if needed for sale!

All I can say is wow and thank you!
My washer broke right before my work trip tonight. I came in with a ton of laundry and desperate originally planning to wash it myself when I saw they did wash and fold.
They managed to do my 30+ lbs of laundry and comforter for me all in the same night. Both ladies there tonight were super sweet. My only regret is I wish I could’ve left a tip on my card.

Absolutely the best !!! The Lady at the front so nice and friendly and gave us the best hospitality many washers and dryers available and for the price you can’t beat it but the lady at the front so cool and could talk to her for hours she’s so cool

Ive been to plenty of laundromats throughout the Cleveland area and this one was by far my best experience. All of the washers and dryers worked perfectly and the employee courtney was very helpful. Would definitely recommend going to this laundromat 5/5 stars.

Had to come here on a business run for a big production to wash. When I say I had a great experience, Courtney was an absolute dear. She didn’t have to know exactly why I was there to give me the genuine exceptional customer service she gave.
I just kept it plainly that I’m on a business run and need receipts for every purchase. Along with the printed card receipt to receive the quarters, she had hand written every purchase following that. Wash was fast, delicate dry was great, any questions I had, were answered.
If you’re in a run and dry cleaning takes too long, drive out to Parma and visit Courtney. She’s a doll. Keep her around Simple Clean and pay her extra. ???

I love the washers and dryers here and have come a few times. When I came in today, the lady working the counter acted as though my presence was an inconvenience. I asked her if I could buy a roll of quarters with my nickels and dimes and she refused and was very rude about the entire interaction. I also asked if I could purchase cash to use the change machine as they do not have an ATM and she scoffed and said no but you can buy a roll of quarters with your card. Overall it was a very rude experience and it really put a dampen on my day.

Absolutely horrible experiences every time I come here with the older lady running the place. I try time and time again to bring a positive attitude in there but never fails to get met with attitude, passive aggressive comments, and obvious dirty looks/stares in which I am very fed up with. I’ve witnessed the first hand tone and attitude switching when greeting the white skinned customers compared to when I enter and exit the establishment or when I simply ask to purchase laundry detergent or quarters from them I either get a snarky attitude or accused of being some other black guy trying to get quarters for outside use, by the skinny taller woman, when my clothes are literally already sitting in the washer that they watched me bring in to the point where I have to consistently plead that they have me confused with someone else. I have watched the older woman be disrespectful and talk as if there is a lack of intelligence toward a black couple when they simply had concerning questions about the operation of the front load washers due to it being their first time there and they didn’t see any soap suds forming while watching the washer with the water was flowing for 15minutes. The environment always feels shady when I arrive and after finally having enough will no long visit the establishment. Fair warning to any other people of color, you may want to stay away if this is the closest laundromat to you, recommend taking the drive elsewhere.

So I went to the laundromat today and me and this other guy who happened to be there around opening time walked in a couple minutes before 8:00 and this attendant she's an older woman she was yelling at us like being a really nasty person. This was completely uncalled for she was complaining that we invaded her quiet time if you were worried about quiet time you should keep the door locked.That behavior it's not acceptable.

Stuck in Cleveland thanks to Spirit cancelling my flight for no reason! This little gem of a laundry was within walking distance of my friend's house, which was good because I was out of clothes after my week-long conference. Haven't used a coin laundry in years, but the lady at the front helped me figure it out! Didn't really want to buy a bunch of detergent, etc., so I was happy to see they had a nice selection of different laundry supplies I could buy. Even played Keno while I waited (didn't win anything, but it was fun). 10/10 would visit again. Super friendly and clean little place!

we lived in this country for almost 50 yrs and has never seen a clean,friendly place like this .prices are much better and very reasoable and the machines do an impeccable job they have three,two front loaders and 5 brand new top loaders.rivht onto the main road and if you want to shop there is a strip mall right across.

First time at 'Simply Clean' & it was Simply Wonderful! Very clean Laundromat w/many large-capacity washers & small ones, (5-6), along the back wall, which was excellent for me. I felt my privacy was respected & everyone was polite: the worker & other clients!

Clean and affordable if your in a pinch. Staff are super helpful and polite. They also have a drop off service and has a good turn around time for pick up.

What an angel! I am in from out of town and Tiffany was SO kind and helpful. 10/10 recommend and will use again next time we're back. Fantastic.
