“What a difference I found since it is under new management! Went in today with returns for Amazon and did not notice that one needed to be packed in box. I had a box, but in the past I was told to buy tape to seal up the one box. To my pleasant surprise, Gary and the other worker said that since I had a box and it was only 1 piece of tape they would be happy to seal it up for me. This is a change and something the new management is trying to turn around. Nice job! Great Customer service! It was a small item and I had a small box with me, so happy to have had this service today!”

The family atmosphere business can handle any to all necessary requirements for packaging for all sorts of businesses. The staff is respectful and professional, benefits are not the best but undoubtedly will become better as the organization grows. The only take away from the company is an individual who’s in a somewhat load planning leadership capacity that just eats french fries and needs to appear to be the smartest guys in any situation . This individual has been the sole cause of others prior to me leaving. Beyond him if the opportunity presents itself working for and with this company take it. The experience has been a tremendous honor and I take valuable lessons both for life and the future workplace with me.”

I had printed a prayer card for my sister’s funeral services at a different location and I realized it wasn’t what my niece and I needed/wanted. (Totally MY mistake when I did the first order, not the other location’s) I was just an emotional mess when I came in to have them done again. And she was just so compassionate and sweet to me. “I know i must have left a review here before. We have been going to Ohio Export now for many years to send packages to Poland and we live on the southneast side of metro Columbus. Why? No other real choice. But truthfully it is because we trust Pan Roman i jego syn, Marko. They have always treated me like family. Last year when there was a delay, Pan Roman called me to apologize for the delay. Where else do you find this kind of treatment? If I lived in metro Cleveland, I would visit them regularly to chat as friends.”

“Update: I received a call almost immediately after posting my initial review. The senior associate was very apologetic and got me in touch with the local dispatch center. The local facility went out of their way to move up my delivery and got it installed right away. Now to RXO, there's a pretty clear disconnect between your customer service team and local dispatchers, but your local team in Cleveland took great care of us once they knew about the issue.”
“I stopped by a few weeks ago to pick up some speakers that were to be delivered to my house....based on other experiences with other companies I expected problems.....everyone was very nice, from the person who answered the phone and set up the pick up to the guy who brought it out and was nice enough to help us load the car. I was pretty impressed with everyone I dealt with.”
