The fact that your employee charged a female 2dollars to put air in her car tire is pathetic, but what's worse is the fact she had to fill it herself not knowing how. Hope your two dollars was worth losing a customer.

The rudest shell gas station I have been in and im from Cleveland... unprofessional, and rude. Please just do door dash or a different job, if you hate yours, and treating other people like human beings. I say this as someone who worked at a gas station throughout college.

Thursday I called ten times in a half hour to check the gas price and no one answered the phone. For being open 24 hours you’d think there would be someone there to answer the phone.Friday I Called again tonight to check the gas price. Let it ring for 8 minutes. No one answered. Do people actually work here? This station is out of my way but they were supposed to have cheap gas. So I called. The employees must not care at all. And obviously management doesn’t either.

Had a gift card for 25 dollars. Clerk was nasty and told me there was no money on my card. Wrong called 800 number and card was good. So after being disrespected I left and went to snow road and ridge with no problems and good service

For a corner gas station, this one is OK. For a convenient store, parking is an issue.

Okay at best. Paid $6 to come out with my car still pretty dirty. I can't complain for what I paid it just looked like it didn't even wash it just a little water and drying. Guess you get what you pay for.
