I often go to this shell gas station to fill up my cars but yesterday one of my workers was in the area I gave them money for gas I gave them fifty dollar bill because I didnt nothing smaller and I don't do my business card or personal cards at pump (bad experience before) but anyways they came out and gave me 20 and two 5dollar and I put it in my pocket remind you I had nothing smaller so they got gas I drove to work and my worker came in later that day but between the time I opened and working one of my guys change for lunch so I went in my pocket and pulled out the 20dollar bill and the two five dollar which is 30dollars so I felt a different texture when I opened the money then I discovered the gas station pasted my worker a counterfeit 20dollar bill the two 5dollar bill was fine so I in turn called the gas station and was promptly I introduced myself as a long customer and later found out her name is Diane but anyway I told her what had happened then she like what I suppose to do how I know if u didn't do it so I told her I was calling to inform them to look at there registers to check to see if they had anymore bad bills going into circulation why u was getting smart and I stated it's something can be done about the situation u have cameras so I did make some phone calls my personal opinion she handled the situation wrong and to accuse me that I might of did it was like a slap in the face not really worried about the incident and recouping my 20dollars it's the way she handled the whole matter she will definitely learn when u lost 30/50customers that's revenue so yes I'm speaking up and doing something about it customer service sucks she shouldn't be in charge of anything of valve I hated to do this because I like the gas premium only I use in all my vehicles and they for the most part friendly so in the coming days corporate ,civil it's not really about the money it's how it was handled!!!!!

I went to get gas here today I go here all the time only gas station I deal with. Also we do mutual appreciation point with MY JOB Medical Mutual. I played my number and the short big girl with the hello kitty tattoo on her right wrist was rude and instead of putting my tickets in my hand she laid them on the counter so like wise when I gave her my money i put it on the counter I stood there to wait for my receipt and with a attitude she go say " what you need a reciept: I said yes she printed the recipt and putot on the counter I told her she need better customer service. She state I put my money on the counter and I told her yes ca7se touput my tickets on the counter ter Instead of handing them to me. DO better I come in here too much to be treated with disrespect. I will go to parmatown shell next time.

Called to get gas prices and they hung up on me the 1st time. The 2nd. They said they don't give out thier prices over the phone and that u jave to come and see. Very rude and unprofessional. Ill never get gas here again.

Parking lot is the worst designed of any gas station in parma , their gas is expensive , prices and inventory is average, clean store/bathrooms.
