Online orders consistently has wrong items or missing all together. It's always a surprise when it arrives. My last order was 12 items. 4 were missing, one was the incorrect item. Doordash has been compensating me for any mistakes, so I still find ordering here worthwhile.

The drive thru is horrible, takes 10x longer than just going inside, the lady wil just ignore you for 15 minutes like you’re not even there, place sucks wasted my whole lunch break

I would leave a negative star review if I could, yesterday me and my girlfriend went in to this sheetz as it is close to our home to pick up flowers for thanksgiving. We used her sheetz go to just go in and get them and go, the point of the app. We showed the person at the counter that we used sheetz go, and they nodded so we left. We went in this morning, and my girlfriend was stopped by a manager who told her she had to pay for the flowers we already got the day before, because "they" couldn't find the records. Then called over an officer and was saying she couldn't leave until she paid for the flowers again. Safe to say we will be driving a little extra further to a different sheetz from now on, will not be going there no more.

Was here recently ordered a breakfast sandwich with hashbrowns on the kiosk thingy when the guy asked me what I wanted as I side I said ketchup ( I to dip the hashbrowns in ketchup) who doesn’t lol. Then I got home realized the sandwich was drowning in ketchup. When I called to ask if I could get a replacement the lady on the phone said no because if it’s on the “ticket” it gets put on the sandwich. So I said that’s a no then and she said yes that’s a no even after telling her the situation. Which is confusing because I told the worker I wanted it on the side never on the sandwich. I’m not sure if it was on the ticket since I did not have one. I’ve ordered this sandwich multiple times never with ketchup on it always with the ketchup on the side. I just wanted a new sandwich with no ketchup I don’t think my request was one of which that couldn’t be fixed. In my opinion no customer service was given since my request got denied. Thanks

Careful when ordering through their app they like to not give you everything and then tell you there’s nothing they can do when you go up and get it resolved. Oh Except for giving you food that was just sitting there and then smash it before they hand it to you.

Ordered online through the sheetz app for a pick up through the drive thru. Get to Sheetz to find out my order had been taken by a previous customer. While they remade my order I was not offered a refund. This is ridiculous that you allow any customer to take a drive thru order.

Basically, the staff is my family. Kat, Jay, Tim, and Brenda ☺️. Just such a good place. So welcoming and friendly…. Tim didn’t judge me for paying with dirty change.. and for that I might be in love with him.. but higher ups don’t tell him! Just wanted you to know that this place is great! And every single staff member I have talked to or come into contact with, especially above named… have remembered me and keep me coming back… love this place.
